Dunkin’ Donuts

I live locally, but haven’t always. Comparing this location to one of the 20 Dunkin Donuts I grew up with in my MA hometown, it ranks in the top 3.
1) They prepare ice coffee properly. The coffee is chilled, and poured over ice. You’d think that was a standard practice across the nation. Sadly no.
2) Everyone I have ever interacted with has been courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
3) They’ve never frakked up my order. I’ve been a Dunking Donuts customer for going on 30 years, and I can not express how much of an anomaly this is.
4) Clean bathrooms. Decent wifi. Efficient Drive through.
* I would have given this location 5 stars, except for parking lot. There’s nothing to do to change it, and the shop is in a convenient and easy to find location, but getting in and out is an exercise in caution.

Your drink only gets made correct half the time, and when you ask them to fix it they always say they made it right. But with that being said when its made right it tastes great! Very friendly employees most of the time.

*sigh* When am I going to learn. The last three times I’ve been here they got my order wrong and when I tell someone, they don’t care.
I used to really like DunKin Donuts but they have really gone downhill the last few years.
The bigger problem for DunKin Donuts is that it isn’t just here. I travel a lot and they are consistantly, across the board crappy in multiple states. So at least they have consistency going for them.

I grew up in New York, the only thing that was around was dunkin donuts. I absolutely loved them and sincerely couldn’t wait until they got here to the mountains. Like another poster said, I’ve never (and I mean ever) gotten a fresh donut here.
Clearly, I’m a slow learner, because I’ve gone about 7 times, thinking each time would be different. They are always the same. At least they’re consistent I guess! Each time I’ve been it has been different times of the day and they suck regardless.
The staff is fantastic. Very friendly and efficient.
But the donuts are worse than not fresh.
Which is so sad, because they were great at one time. Krispy Kreme will forever have my business now.
Please please please, start making your donuts there, and if you already do, please stop selling the old stuff.

I’ll be honest. I don’t think I’ve ever got fresh donut here. About 80% of the time they are so old that I return them the next day.
The staff are generally plesent enough about it, and tell me to come in earlier in the day to get fresh ones. If I can’t come in around noon for fresh product there is something going on.
Split your morning batch into two batches, one in the morning, and one before lunch. Although I said the staff are okay, good staff selling crap, dosen’t make crap into food.

Awful, the parking lot is a nightmare. The service is not even service, its an effort apparently. I get no apology for having to wait forever, cold coffee, no receipt. Here’s an idea, while we are waiting forever for someone ahead of us, you could start on the next orders. Just a thought. I am normally not one to complain, but this has happened every time I come here– this will be my last. Its sad that I have to drive across town for good coffee, when I live a few blocks from here.

I stopped by here fairly late one night and was impressed with the two young fellas running the shop. They made a mean espresso drink, were prompt, and courteous. That is all you can really ask for when you go to a place like this.

Beyond poor customer service. I really don’t know why I stopped here because I think DD is incredibly overpriced. So I was treated badly AND paid a ton of $$$ to have it done to me. When I got home and are my purchase it was awful. I will never be back to another store.

Yo, the dude who was cleaning up here let me take two forks without any hassle. Also, he had a friend who was waiting for him to close up. Nice friend, nice dude who works here. And DD is the same all over the god dog country, which is a good thing.

Ultra consistency, but still fundamentally terrible for you. Tremendously convenient for me but I still keep my visits to no more than ¹⁄₂ weeks.
