Always liked Furniture Row until my experiences at the Green Bay, WI location this week.
Went to look at dining & living room furniture for my new home. Went on Monday and was helped by an employee while looking at dining furniture. When I asked him about possibly lowering delivery charges or matching competition he said «We can match competition.»
Went back on Wednesday and it was the salesperson from before day off. Told the sales that day I wanted to purchase and was told by prior Sales that they could match competition pricing for delivery. This individual who said he was the manager, said that wasn’t an option and was rude about it. Ultimately I was looking for like $ 22 off a $ 3500 purchase that an employee told me 2 days prior wouldn’t be a problem.
Won’t be going back.

Great selection, good quality, fair price, HORRIBLE customer service. From the time I walked into the building I walked past 4 employees without being greeted before having to track one down to order the bed frame I wanted. Frame arrived later than what my order confirmation had predicted and issues with phone communications. Overall I am happy with my quality oak bed frame but I am disgusted with the staff to customer relationship.

Purchased leather furniture was told 8 weeks. I’m realistic that it may take longer but is now told it will be almost 6 months and they don’t know why it was started so late and I’d have to deal with it. I’m already making payments. Sales man was short and rude. I will get this furniture then never return and make sure no one I know goes there either.
