«God, you need to go to the eye doctor! The eyes are the nipples of the face.» — The House Bunny(2008) In desperate need of an eye doctor — I don’t have the need for one normally — I looked and Unilocal and no help. So I asked my mother who she sees and ended up at Dr. Beldick. They worked me in last minute since I was the daughter of a patient, but that did take 2 calls. The operation is small — there is the woman at the front desk(who seems a little distracted) and the doctor. But they are certainly no-nonsense. I walked in, filled out a new patient form, handed over my insurance card and the doctor came to get me, himself, within 2 minutes. He asked me why I was there(I was afraid I got something in my eye tubing over the weekend — read, bacteria) and needed it checked. He did an eye test, put some drops in, shined that obnoxious blue light in the bad eye and agreed, I had an infection. He wrote me a prescription and I was back at my car in 15 minutes from walking in the door. That’s what I call service.
