Hit the spot and a pleasant treat in the middle of a long travel day. Loved the fact that no matter where your terminal was, Chick-fil-A was worth making a pit stop for. We ran into some folks who were on the SkyTrain who couldn’t stop talking about getting some Chick-fil-A(although if you asked me, they seemed like they’ve had one drink too many, but I ain’t judging. Do you, boo boos). Needless to say, there’s never a bad time for some chicken.

I eat at CFA often and was worried this one at an airport wouldn’t be up to par. We had an original sandwich and nuggets. They were good. Lots of breading on the piece in the sandwich. My wife said iced tea wasn’t very good. I see a lot of comments about service. They had all the registers open so it was fast and the young lady that waited on me was very friendly and helpful.

What are you expecting? Chicken that walks on water? It’s a chick-fil-A. All its good stuff and the bad. And a price that’s higher than you’re used too. But it was fairly quick and the spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Waffle fries were a let down though. After all, it’s just a Chick-fil-A

Corporate CFA should be embarrassed of this place. This one doesn’t serve any salads or side salads, not sure why since the one in the other terminal carries them. Also — at our visit today each of the staff was gruff and rude yelling at customers with confusing instructions. Do yourself a favor and take the train to the other Chik fil a.

Amazingly terrible service. Large group of workers standing around doing absolutely nothing instead of helping customer. The lady(I use that in the loosest sense of the word) that took my order said three words to me total — what’s your order? Then practically threw the bag at me. Why do people like that choose customer service jobs? Still, I blame management because she’s not the only one. Every person that works here seems to have a major attitude. RUDE!

Great food! Very tasty and consistent with other Chick-fil-A locations that I visited previously. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and 8 pack of nuggets(was very hungry). The Polynesian sauce is awesome on both the nuggets and sandwich!

Arrogant staff members. Took my order with a face expression like she was doing me a big favor. And I asked for a spoon for the yogurt because I didn’t see it in my bag and the lady said she did put it in my food bag, and refused to give another one. When I got to my gate and opened my food bag there was no spoon!!! The sandwhich was good so was the yogurt parfait but I would never prefer to be back on this location because Of bad customer service.

This chick fil a has the best customer service I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Especially for one at a busy airport. Such patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated..

While waiting at Terminal T, I went to Terminal C to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Need I say more?

Not impressed. I heard the hype but don’t you believe it! Staff were courteous and efficient but it was a slight delay with meal. I couldn’t wait to tear into the bag but was left down when I saw the soggy bun. Chicken was OK but not life changing. Waffle fries were blah. In the end I took 2 bites and trashed the meal. Chick-a-boom.

Service is terrible. I decided to give them another try, but not any better. I love the food, but some of the employees who work here, do not live up to CFA standards that they are known for. Don’t waste your time stopping.

Conveniently located in the middle of the Atlanta airport this restaurant is a decent option for weary travelers. Unfortunately, this chikfila is terrible compared to other chikfilas. The service was terrible, they didn’t accept coupons, and gave small water cups where other chikfilas have great service, accept coupons, and give regular sized water cups. Anyways, the food is good so if you don’t care about service this is a good choice after a day of travel.

Is it wrong to stop by as soon as I land and again just before I leave??? Cheap, quick, simple, and tasty. Can’t turn it down for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Well, I checked in about five minutes ago and have inhaled my Chik-Fil-A!!! I would be in serious trouble if I lived near one of these establishments because I cannot get enough of the food!!! The spicy chicken biscuit this morning was spectacular though could have used more kick in my opinion. The hash browns were small, round bites of happiness and dipped in the Polynesian sauce gave it a nice tang. Love, love, love flying through ATL only for this restaurant. Oh, and did I mention the staff is awesome! Always super friendly!

Yes it’s in an airport but it’s still made well and tastes great. The lines were long both times we stopped here but they went quick and we got our food fast, and nothing was wrong.

Love chick fil a! They got us out quickly, and the food was good. Even gave me a lemonade that someone else didn’t want. I took away a star because there wasn’t anywhere to sit. There is seating, but not a lot, so we had to sit in another area.

First, let me get a couple of disclaimers out of the way… 1. I love Chick Fil A and grew up eating it. There is not one in my current city, so I usually look forward to eating it when I can. 2. I know that Chick Fil A is prejudiced and homophobic(«hate chicken», etc), but I am not principled enough to boycott on these grounds. Besides, many(not all) people who heartily embrace religious fundamentalism of any stripe, do so as a cloak for their personal fears, hatred, anger, etc., all in the name of God, of course. The big tragedy here, aside from the facts that they abandoned the cool serve yourself coke machines they had at the old location, have no chicken strips, and that you have to ask for condiments, is that everything here is way to salty. Perhaps they need to preserve the chicken because it is being shipped from China to this location and stored in a freezer for months. That still doesn’t account for the fries! While Chick Fil A has abandoned its healthier-than-thou image in recent years to pursue market share(with more fried options, milkshakes, no more carrot salad, etc), I have been on board. However, the salt-a-palooza at this location is inexcusable. I simply could not eat what I had raced from three terminals before a short-timed connection for. In a way, I felt silly for feeling sad that this was such a crushing disappointment.

This review is for the Chickfila in Terminal C… there is another one in Terminal A, I believe. I was about to get myself some Einstein’s at Terminal D, where my flight was scheduled to leave from and I overheard some girls talking about a Chickfila in Terminal C. Being the huge CFA fan that I am, I immediately left the line and darted for the plane train. Got to Terminal C and found CFA really close to the escalators(yay) and also found a sizeable line. yes, I was willing to almost be late to board my flight for some morning CFA. The line moved a little slower than I thought it should have, but I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. My chicken biscuit and sweet tea were so satisfying and made me forget that I woke up at 3:30am that morning. They should have CFA’s in EVERY concourse.

I was really happy to see a sign for Chick-fil-A at the world’s busiest airport. You see, these restaurants don’t exist in my state(Washington) anymore, and I only ever hear about them from others who are lucky enough to live in an area served by these restaurants. Well, then there’s also the CEO comment thing, but this review’s not here to talk about that. The food here is okay, though by no means exceptional. You can get a chicken sandwich served to you at the airport here. That’s about all there is to this place. That doesn’t necessarily speak for all the other Chick-fil-A locations that I didn’t visit, but this review isn’t about them either. To start with, this place is pretty overpriced for fast food. I got a deluxe sandwich, a fruit cup, and an iced tea totaling more than ten dollars. It’s a bit unreasonable. And the sandwich itself is really nothing special; it just consists of chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The fruit cup had sliced strawberries, apples, oranges, and grapes that were probably kept in a refrigerator for a while and weren’t fresh. And the large cup of iced tea was just that; there’s no reason it should have cost $ 1.79! If the food were a little better and the prices were lower, then I might like this place more. But as it stands, it’s basically generic airport food.
