I found her online, saw excellent HealthGrades reviews and … it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Dr. office. Here’s why:
— Wait time — ridiculous. I waited over 40 minutes to be seen past my appointment time
— Unprofessional — at first seems very friendly and easy to talk to. That is until she makes a comment that makes you wonder how you even got to the topic. I went to her with headaches, not to discuss my personal life or to hear her little comments. I just don’t get what she was thinking.
— Billing — over $ 400 bill for 30 minutes of her time (yes, cobra coverage sucks but not as much as her billing staff)
