Up until recently I loved Corner Bakery. I went on a weekday to pick up a take-out order which consisted of a salad and ranch chicken Flatbread sandwich. When I proceeded to eat the salad, I found the hard core of the lettuce in the salad. The sandwich was cold, full of ranch dressing and downright sloppy. I called the manager right away and complained. She was very nice and apologetic and told me to come back in at any time to get another order. I went back a few weeks later and that order was totally screwed up too. I felt like they threw something at me because it wa s a replacement order. It was messy and nasty looking too! Never again!

Always consistent and very good! We eat at least once a week at one of their restaurants locations.

I usually go to the food court at Lenox and suck my food down while I’m on break. This time I decided to try something not located in the food court. I saw the corner bakery and decided to give it a chance. I’m always a sucker for the newest and most advertised food and so I picked«the gobbler» which is supposed to be like thanksgiving in a sandwich. It literally tasted like thanksgiving was in my mouth. Absolutely delicious! My salad was a little boring and bland, but other then that this place is a must try for anyone at Lenox. The service was just as good.

We’ve enjoyed Corner Bakery for years. Tonight my wife got a tomato bisque soup with some bread and butter. I wasn’t hungry but I tasted the soup. Great soup and bread. Soup had roasted tomatoes in it. Corner Bakery is on par with Panera but sandwiches are much better here.

Well done. In its class: Panera, Newks, Fresh 2 Order, etc; it is the best. Consistent preparation of interesting items made with quality ingredients. Again today, the lettuce on my turkey sandwich was fresh and crisp and not wet, the turkey was layered just like the picture, the bacon was warm, the bread was fresh, the soup was hot and properly garnished. Every Time they haven’t disappointed. I just wish the other fast casual would figure out their secret.

What a wonderful experience. Southern hospitality is alive! My family of seven had breakfast here today before we all flew back to our respective homes. Yvonne is the hostess at this store and you’ll be delighted if you get to be there on her shift. Food fresh, hot and excellent

How should I put it? Corner Bakery is not a fancy place, but a great place to grab a bite with a friend in the midst of running errands(shopping can be an errand too) in Lenox. Personally I like Corner Bakery better than Panera. Panera is like a school cafeteria when people crowd around and pick up their food. At Corner Bakery, the staff brings the food to your table which is a nice touch. Service is always good, staffs are always friendly. Corner bakery does not pretend to be something it is not, it is just a nice eating outlet for people to get a simple meal. The pasta is not out of this world, but decent enough. Chicken carbonara is my usual choice. Today I had a grilled chicken sandwich, I did not care much about it, should have order my usual. Again, this is not a place that serves food which I will crave for, but I am grateful to have Corner Bakery around when I need something no frills and really really simple when I am at the mall.

While I am a fan, I have to admit, that Panera is the better choice, well they offer a larger variety of items to select from, but someday I just want a BLT sandwich and I am able to get one from here, so on those days they outrank Panera. They are on the upper level of Lenox Square between Macy’s and Nike. There is geneally a small line of people inside the café but the line moves quickly. You can order your food to go or to eat in, and there are several tables outside the café where your food is brought out to you once it is ready. Recently I spent $ 12 on the combo, which was the Asian Wonton Salad and the Chicken Tortilla soup. Also $ 2 for bottle water. She could have given me a small cup of water, but it does not come with a lid and since I was parked on the other side of the mall, I didn’t want to walk through the entire mall holding a tiny cup of water with no lid. The soup was delicious, but the salad was 90 percent lettuce, I would have come out better going with the sandwich and soup option of the combo. My major reason for this visit was to get one of their Lemon Whoopie pies, which the cashier told me they didn’t sell. I told her twice that I had just bought one less than a week ago, so I knew that they did. We went through this back and forth for a minute or so, when the manager came over and explained that lemon whoopie pies are a summer item and that they are now into the fall/winter menu. Not sure why the cashier didn’t bother to explain it that way. The last thing that kinda bother me, was once I got to the car, I realized I had been given a fork and knife, but no spoon to slurp down my soup. Little things like that, is what makes Panera the better option for me most times.

It had a really nice atmosphere. The food was good. I really liked the croissant and this little pastry that my sister had. The setup reminded me of Panera Bread. The staff was really friendly and I must say that I did leave my purse on the chair and when I ran back in 5 mins later they had put it up safely in a back room and nothing was missing. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The waitress/hostess/cashier at this location was all the same person. That girl needs a raise! She did an awesome job and made our experience pleasant. I had my usual chicken tortilla soup and lemon pound cake. The boo had the grilled chicken Caesar salad which he said was delicious.

Nice place for lunch or a snack at Lenox Mall, upstairs near the main entrance. The service is solid, food is consistent, and I enjoy watching the passersby while I dine(seating is outside the restaurant in the actual mall). The food tastes pretty fresh and seems to be nice quality, but I think it’s a little expensive for what you get. Portions can be small, and I’ve found the baked goods to be hit or miss. That said, I think the sandwiches are the best menu items while my brother enjoys the soups. I’ll keep returning.

Traveling through Atlanta and found this gem on Unilocal. It is located upstairs at the mall entrance. We were here for breakfast had the oatmeal, panini sandwich and the cheese sandwich off the kids menu. Everything was excellent and the service was great. All the pastries looked wonderful as well. Highly, highly recommend!

Have never had a bad meal here. Love the tomato soup, salads, and baked goods when I’m feeling the urge to indulge. They just came out with three new salad options which is what prompted me to finally to write a review. The new kale salad is great, especially seeing as it’s nearly impossible to find a kale salad in a to-go restaurant(and in a mall!), however, there were quite a few stems and stalks both times I ordered it. The quinoa salad is perfect, and the half avocado salad is always perfectly ripe.

This was my first time eating at CC but I’ve seen it at Lenox for years and years! Corner Café isn’t what I’d call a hands on restaurant, mIt’s upstairs in Lenox in the very front entrance. However the food is delicious. I had the roast beef and goat cheese salad with a side Caesar salad. Both were really good – the sandwich was tasty and the tomato and goat cheese just made it twice as delicious! Perfect Caesar! It was dressed just right(pre-tossed). Mom had the tomato mozzarella sandwich which she said is delicious) and her favorite! I have to say the highlight was the hibiscus tea lemonade! I never get refills or finish drinks but this one was an exception. Get it!

Stopped by for lunch after a little shopping. I ordered the harvest salad and was excited to have a nice bite to eat amidst the hustle and bustle of all the post holiday shoppers. My salad was dropped off at my table with no utensils, so the server said he would be right back with some. I’m glad there were some crunchy bread pieces on my salad, because it took the server a while to bring a fork. My salad had full apple slices and large chicken pieces, but there was not a knife. I couldn’t really eat like a lady(aka — it was a mess), but I managed to make it work. The salad was ok, but the chicken had an odd taste and the crunchy bread pieces were way over salted. Next time I’m looking for lunch at Lenox, I’ll stick to Panera. Also, when I went to get a water refill, the whole dispenser was missing. Hope they fix that soon.

Loved this place. walking in it reminded me of a Panera Bread a bit. But then I realized it was a bit diff. I got eggies and toast and bacon and it was all good. The staff was super friendly. I would totally go back. I only ended up here because the hotel restaurant was not open early enough. This place is the earliest on the block. I felt like a regular here too — that’s how friendly they were.

There are two corner bakery cafes within a couple of blocks of each other. This one is in Lenox square and the service /food is so so. The other corner bakery café directly on Peachtree St is really nice and they have really nice service. This one has similar food, but the service is not great in comparison.

When you want a snack at Lenox and Panera, the über busy Starbucks and the cookie place in the middle of the mall won’t cut it, Corner Bakery Café’s a great alternative. I’ve stopped here on numerous occasions during my strolls through Lenox for a refreshing beverage, snack or full blown luncheon. I like the menu because they serve their breakfast items all day, they have a variety of tasty salads(the Asian chicken salad’s my favorite currently) and there’s a ton of enticing pastry options for a quick sugar jolt: baby bundt cakes, cookies, muffins, rugelach, coffee cakes, whoopee pies, etc. Once you’ve ordered you take your little number on a stand, find a table and take a seat, and your food’s delivered to you pretty quickly. I especially enjoy the tables that surround the view down to the floor below — the people watching and the guy running the mini RC helicopter kiosk are very entertaining. The food is better than what you’ll find in the food court at the other end of the mall and the menu is pretty extensive with sizes and flavors to satisfy most palates. I think though, the most appealing part of it all is the seating. It’s some of the best in the mall for weary shoppers. Even if you’re not eating, you can still take a load off and not be harassed by servers or anyone else while you catch your breath and gird your loins for Round 2. Works for me.

Boo hiss. I don’t know why you’d ever go here when the Panera right downstairs is so far superior. I popped in for a late afternoon snack/early dinner after doing some shopping and the place was understandably empty at 4pm on a weekday. Unfortunately, despite a staff of 4, it took forever and a day to assemble a salad. One girl was on a(personal) phone call and another was flirting with the dude from Abercrombie who had come down for lunch, so I was left waiting. Waiting for a totally underwhelming experience. I had upgraded to an entrée sized salad despite not being super hungry: I figured I could save some for dinner. This was the smallest entrée salad I’ve ever seen. The taste was fine, but for nearly $ 10 I want a meal: not a few pieces of lettuce and a super small slice of bread. Stick to Panera. You’ll be so much happier.
