Courtney Franz, PA-C

I am an extremely private person, and I am also high maintenance with a lot of questions. I have been to 4 other doctors. I left my last ob because I had questions about my birth control and the MA kept on telling me to continue taking them. When I met Courtney, she really listened to my concerns and answered all of my husbands questions without rushing us along. I will never go anywhere else.

LOVE Courtney. I’ve been going to her for years, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and responsive when I have a question for her. If you ever have a question outside of your annual visit, leave a message with the ladies on the phone and you’ll hear back directly from Courtney. While the office needs to improve their phone wait times (really long wait times), the visits are always quick, but I don’t feel rushed. The same nurse does my vitals each year, and it’s nice to see a friendly face. Courtney takes the time to get to know her patients and always remembers things about me, which I think shows how much she cares. The office recently switched to digital health records, which makes getting feedback on visits even easier. I’ve told all of my girl friends who have moved to Atlanta to see Courtney because she’s so great!

I’ve been going to Courtney for over 10 years. She is FABULOUS. Calm and puts you at ease. She is so so sweet. She answers questions and never judges. She’s awesome!!!

I have been seeing Courtney for YEARS. She is very professional, comforting, understanding, friendly and sweet! I doubt she really remembers me each year when I return, but she acts like she does.
My only complaint is that the office in which she works is connected to a CRAZY parking garage (as it its part of the Piedmont Hospital campus.) I always have to go up to the top, and then wait to exit AND the garage charges you. I think parking usually costs me $ 4 – 5 after a routine visit.

I would definitely recommend Courtney Franz for your annual, ladies. Compared to my previous doctor, she is light years better! She will put you at ease and will talk to you in a way that makes it easy to understand without being patronizing. She isn’t judgmental and seems to only have your best health interests at heart.
