Ordered a last minute arrangement online and then immediately called to make sure it could be delivered within 3 hours. Explained that needed to be there before 4. Reassured that it would be. They delivered after 5 when most of the employees were gone. Called and they gave back only $ 25 of the $ 100 I spent on an arrangement to mostly empty office that will likely rot over the weekend. Wish they had just been honest and said they couldn’t get it delivered in time.

I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I ordered some goodies for my supervisor and it never got delivered as promised. I called and ask when they intended to deliver the goodie, since I did a last minute order to be deliver on the same day. I understand that it wouldn’t be delivered on the same day, even though the website promised it would be. Simone(an associated) promised me that the product would be deliver the next day, but it wasn’t. Nobody cared to call me to tell me that it wouldn’t be delivered as promised. I frustratedly called them and spoke to a male associate. The guy was short and rude. He promised me that it would be deliver the next day, but I got so frustrated since this is exactly what they promised me the day before. I decided to cancel my order. I would never order from this location ever again. I order from edible arrangement quite often as gifts, but this experience has left me bitter. Edible arrangement might have lost a loyal customer. Never again.

The poorest service ever experienced with a Edible Arrangements location and I am an old EA customer. Pre-ordered online for delivery on Mothers Day. Could not get an answer from anyone about the status of our order after calling them 5 times between 10AM and 2PM on Mothers Day. Finally connected with Tom at 2:30PM who confirmed that the order was on it’s way and it was delivered. The quality of the product delivered was very good, so they deserve 3 stars for that part of our experience.

I really like the idea of Edible Arrangements, it gives you another option than the tired old flowers or cookie deliveries. This was my 2nd time using this location, The first time went off great, there was no problem with delivery, the fruit was fresh and it look wonderful. I had ordered a large size arrangement for my wife and she shared it with the office, This last time was a completely different experience. I had ordered a few days in advance, the delivery was to be done before Valentines to avoid the rush and it was for a «standard» arrangement unfortunately this time some of the strawberries were brown near the stem and the delivery had not shown up and it was already after 5:00 pm, which was their time window. I would have thought I would have received a phone call from the store to alert me, I had not so I called the store and they said they were on their way. I had to call my wife, tell her about the surprise she was suppose to receive and ask her if she could stay late on a Friday to wait for her delivery. If the first time was not such a success I would have to lower my rating for this latest order.

I am now a huge fan of the OWNER of this franchise location(and also the stellar outfits in Buckhead and Duluth). After I had my problem with a poor quality arrangement and then my online complaint was ignored by the Edible Arrangements system and perhaps her Midtown location, I told the location manager that I wanted to speak with the Owner and the Owner called me very quickly. Beyond the classy apology, the Owner wanted to know all aspects about both the quality issues and the feedback breakdown. She did a 5-star job of taking ownership of the problems created by her store serving Midtown. I am editing my prior review from recommending avoiding this location to recommending that you patronize them — with the proviso that, if you have any bad experiences, please contact the store manager and ask to receive a call from the owner. She genuinely cares about customers’ experiences and will make sure not only that they take responsibility for the problem, but she will also thank you for helping her to implement improvements to her store servicing Midtown to bring it up to the high quality standards set by her other stores. Workers in this store should really feel fortunate to learn from the franchise Owner about how to conduct business ethically and with paramount concern for customers while insisting upon top quality products.
