This place is a joke. Freaky fast at taking money that’s it. Service is beyond slow. Food arrived and was left at front desk and food was cold. NEVERAGAIN!

I love their French bread! My order took a bit longer than anticipated to deliver, but I noticed they threw in an extra cookie for the trouble which was awesome. My order arrived 100% correctly, no complaints here.

Jimmy johns is always one of my go-tos. Weather I wanna be healthy and get my sandwich in a lettuce wrap, or I wanna have a real sandwich and eat their delicious bread. They’re a great sub shop to have around and they deliver! What could be better!

SERVICE. IS. AWFUL. !!! Second and last time ordering here. The first time my BLT too 45 minutes to deliver. And i have WALKED to this location many times. Nor did they at least give me a reason as to why it took that long. AND they messed up my order and didn’t have my cookie in there so he just stood there and looked dumbfounded until I said«so you are going to go get it right???» and he had a stupid smirk on his face(black guy with long dreads) and came back even daring to look for a tip??? The second time was today. REGINAISSOUNPROFESSIONAL. She said«yea is this… adriel…» I said«arianna.» she laughed and said«oh». I started to give her my order and she cut me off talking to someone else and said«yea thank God my shift is almost over it time for me to go HOME!» so I said I’m sorry what?” and she said«nah I was just telling someone i’m ready to go home.» SERIOUSLY? Get out of here… customer service is just going down the DRAIN these days! PLEASECHANGEOUTTHESTAFFATTHISPLACE!!!

After almost a year of not ordering at Jimmy Johns from this specific location due to the unprofessionalism of the staff, I decided to give it a try and order in due to the weather. I figured that after a year there is the possibility that their corporate headquarters received enough complaints to fix this location. To summarize, the order took an hour to deliver 1 sandwich and bag of chips and in usual fashion delivered the wrong food. Its safe to say that I will never be ordering from Jimmy Johns again.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the food industry. This was my third visit to a Jimmy John’s and two out of three have been bad. The first visit was okay with mediocre sandwich at the Woodstock, GA location. I went back a second time and the food was the same, simple but that was fine; the VERY loud music was a problem. I asked them about turning it down since my wife and I were the only ones in the dining room. No dice. The manager said he wasn’t allowed to turn down the music because it was corporate policy. My third and final visit was to the Peachtree Rd location near Piedmont Hospital. This was by far the worst yet. My wife wanted a simple turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayo on the side; her stomach has been bothering her and she wasn’t sure how much of either she could handle. I was flatly told this could not be done due to corporate policy. Really? Then when I mentioned this a couple of employees sitting at a table, one said they have mayo packets but the lettuce could not be on the side. I suggested they simply put a little lettuce on a piece of paper(the same paper they use to wrap sandwiches) and again was told it was a company policy not to do this. Really??? It’s not like I wanted something they don’t have on hand.

As far as sub shops go, I’d say Jimmy John’s is pretty underwhelming

So I have a coworker that raves about this place. Me being bored, hungry, and lazy I thought to myself«Hey lets give a try». I ordered a Lulu which is basically a turkey breast sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, bacon and some chips. I’ll start with the positive cuz things go downhill after. I placed my order for delivery and man it arrived super duper fast. The sandwich to me really sucked. I never knew a sandwich could suck until now. I can remember the basic travel sandwich packed by Moms when my family went on vacation when I was little tasting better. There is a little to non existent meat in Jimmy Johns. I didnt even care for the chips… I mean really… CHIPS…come on man.

No restrooms, bad service, and cold sandwiches that you could make at home for ¼th the price. Find somewhere else to eat.

Good for a quick lunch if I’m not craving anything in particular. Reasonable prices. Quick service. They have delivery, too. The inside is clean and has different funny posters.

Your at work and you realize you realize that you forgot your lunch. Things are busy and you don’t have time to spend an hour leaving the office to get food. This is where Jimmy John’s comes into the equation. This is a much better tasting and faster option then leaving for a sub from Subway. The bread is always soft and fresh tasting and I am always satisfied with the sandwich build quality. You know what I’m talking about. You get your sub home from somewhere and the ingredients have all exited the bread and are now wandering aimlessly in the wrapper. Sure, you can rebuild your sandwich if you want and get mayo everywhere or you can order from Jimmy John’s and avoid that situation all together. This place is fast to. In all seriousness, the first time I ordered from here I submitted my order and walked to the back to print out some things and five minutes later my food was at my desk before I was! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that Publix, in my opinion, is the gold standard of sub sandwich making. If you cant leave the office though, definitely give these guys a shot.

TERRIBLE Service!!! I ordered a sandwich at 7:45PM. After an hour with no sandwich I called the store to ask if it was on it’s way. The person I spoke to on the phone said to call back in 5 minutes because she was going to locate the driver. I called back 5 minutes later and they said the driver was in my apartment building and should be there shortly. 20 minutes later, still without a sandwich, I called back again and asked if my driver got lost. The woman on the phone said she didn’t know where my driver was and that they would have someone else come and deliver a sub. About 10 minutes after, a sub was finally delivered to my door. They did offer me a free sub for«next time», which unfortunately after tonights debacle and my rumbling stomach, there will be no next time.

Good subs, Delious bread, very good location on the border of Midtown/Buckhead right on Peachtree. Good service. Jimmy John’s is slept on, my underrated subs place that I can think of! The Ultimate Porker is the truth. Turkey provolone is right behind it.

I’ve had Jimmy John’s before at other locations and the food was good, but this Jimmy John’s really needs to re-evaluate their employee’s/management. My fiancé ordered us lunch not too far away, maybe 1.5 miles from her office. The manager sent the order for delivery to his employee on a bike… A bicycle… unbelievable. He arrived at the work place with food and drinks in a backpack an hour after placing the order, an hour! That’s totally unacceptable. Secondly, the drinks in his backpack were taped closed with masking tape, but that didn’t stop them from spilling all over the inside of his backpack and getting all over our sandwiches. Then he had the bright idea of placing all these soda soaked sandwiches and externally soda-laden cups on the reception counter of the office and got soda all over the desk and on the floor, which we had to mop up. We told him just to leave because obviously I’m not going to eat a sandwich soaked in coke. We called the manager and literally he said«I don’t know what to do… what should I do?» Incredible. Will never be ordering from that Jimmy John’s again. Sodas in a backpack… just wow.

Great sub and the best part is they deliver so when I am lazy or watching the game they bring it right to me! The delivery method is freaky fast like they advertise! My favorite thing to get is the #9 Italian on French bread! So good! With a pickle and some jimmy chips of course! Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s subs. Dine-in, takeout, or delivery!

Stupid fast subs! They’re really pretty good, and I can be in and out between emergency calls no problem. Never needed delivery because I stay on the road, but I see their bikers everywhere downtown.

The delivery is not fast as advertised. I used to order about once a week, but the delivery has become progressively worse. I have had conversations with the manager of this location and corporate as well. They make promises to do better, but the delivery has actually become worse. Unfortunately, the only way to address the issue is to stop ordering. The delivery person’s response to my dissatisfaction was to comment, «There are plenty of other people ordering.» Guess that sums up their overall attitude. Sorry Jimmy, this means divorce!

I told the kid making my food that I had never been here before, and he assured me that if HE made my sandwich I would love it. He was sadly mistaken. As the Lancome Lady on MAD Tv used to say, «Cheeaaahhh you know what? Unh uh!» I could tell everything was fresh, don’t get me wrong. It just had no flavor. Like the meat had been cooked but never seasoned, like the flour in the bread had had all the taste bleached out of it. I don’t know, I would have been better off at Jersey Mike’s or Lenny’s. That’s all I can really say. #disappointed

Maybe I’m missing something but I just don’t get it. I didn’t really care for the sandwiches here. First, the number of ingredients they’re working with is extremely limited. 1 kind of cheese, no mustard and a few other standard things that one might expect. Its basically just turkey, ham or roast beef or tuna and then you can have lettuce, tomato, alfalfa, mayo or provolone cheese. Thats pretty much it. I tried to order custom sandwiches and they acted like I was a little crazy and tried to shoehorn what I ordered into their cutsey little names so that when I went to go pick up the sandwiches they said«who had the turkey tom and the hunters club». I was like I dunno what that is, I got a turkey and a roast beef sandwich. Its like they were speaking a different language and it made me feel like I was some sort of an idiot for not knowing their special little pet names. This is like Starbucks with their stupid tall, grande and venti instead of simple small medium and large like the rest of the world. The final result was that first, the sandwiches were made wrong. Second, the ingredients were sad looking. It was a pile of wilted sad shredded lettuce with a paper thin strip of meat on a very uninspired piece of bread. Sure, it was made fast but who cares about fast when the end result is wrong and kind of sucks? I came, I tried, I won’t be returning. There’s far better sandwiches out in the world to waste your time on money on ones that kind of suck.
