Barry and Joe installed a «whole-​house» entertainment system in our new home and we could not be more satisfied with the service or end-​product.
These guys work to understand the customer and design a system appropriate to the situation. They are creative and knowledgeable and they are genuinely interested in delivering value and quality. They strive to understand and meet the need and not to upsell services or systems. Then they deliver on their commitment in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Since the initial installation we have had a few modifications and changes. Joe and Barry have been exceedingly responsive and even proactive in their follow up. This is what service and satisfaction should be.
