Horrible experience here. This was my first time at JJ’s but I have heard good things about their subs. First of all the place was so noisy I could hardly hear myself think. Part of the problem was that the music was too loud. The other part of the problem was the employees themselves … acting like three year olds whooping it up, shouting at the top of their lungs, etc… I had to ask several times where everything was(chips, napkins, cups for drinks) every time the badly disheveled woman behind the counter would give me a blank stare then point limply to where the items were. Gee… great customer service skills! As for the food: The bread was completely stale and the sandwiches were thrown together haphazardly with ingredients hanging out everywhere. Homeless bums camped out on the tables outside completed the deluxe experience. Stay far away from this place. My guess is that it won’t be open long.

Deliveries have gotten much better recently. The accuracy of orders have also improved. I’m pleased with the service now.

One hour to travel 5 blocks on a bicycle is not freaky fast. Nor was there any acknowledgement from the delivery person that it took longer than usual when he arrived. I had to ask if it’s customary during lunch time for delivery times to be that long. His response? «It was a little long. Sorry.» A little long? That was a really long time for a company that claims their deliveries are freaky fast. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore.
