Colossal disappointment. This place keeps you waiting over ½ hour to deliver shoddy craftsmanship and leave your clothes smelling awful. The pant cuff they hemmed fell apart while I was still in their store! Awful customer service and rude people. I ended up going a few doors down(same shopping center) to Diamond Tailoring.

This place is awesome! I usually take my pants to this place near my office in Buckhead, but they are around $ 20 just to hem pants, which is redic! A friend suggested I try Jung’s and I am so happy I did! It is only $ 9 to get pants hemmed! Plus the services is very friendly. Win win!

I love Jungs! She has become my standard go to alternations place. Her prices are good and she always does a good job. She will try to rush the process and get your clothes back to you sooner if needed. Highly recommend!

I’ve only been here once, but I am definitely coming back for future tailoring needs. I came in last Friday afternoon to get some pants hemmed because I am short and stubby. The lady was really nice, especially considering I had no idea what I was doing. I paid $ 9 and they were ready the next day. Sweet!

I had a patch sewn on my gi before by another lady shop in Atlanta, and it fell off after a couple of weeks. This lady did a much better job, and she was friendlier to boot. I would come to her again.

I’ve always been glad I took my clothes to Jung’s. I buy cheap clothes at Ross and their ilk, and when something I like gets damaged, I just take it to Jung’s and invest a little more. The repairs don’t even cost very much(as a repeat customer, I’ve even occasionally been given a freebie). In fact, let me tell that story. My wife’s hook-and-loop skirt closures fare poorly in the wash, and I brought in a skirt to have that closure replaced and stitched on more securely. The seamstress asked if I’d be back later that day or if I needed a ticket, and I said I’d be back the same day, and how much did I owe her? She insisted it would be free, and I promptly forgot about coming back. I did return a week and a half later, ashamed, and she smiled broadly and handed me my wife’s skirt right away. I insisted on paying but she would have none of it. Mind you, I usually pay about $ 10 per repair, $ 20 if it’s something particularly involved(like reconstructing a thick tiered skirt with a gathered hem that had come almost completely undone), and those are well worth it. So far, I’ve never had to bring any given piece back for more repairs — which tells me she’s doing a better job than the manufacturers.
