I have been to this location a few times but today it was horrible customer service. The girl at the window was trying to argue with me about what I ordered. Like it was one simple chicken sandwich. She should be fired and taught some manners. I’m in the customer service industry. She has zero respect. Then the guy they sent out to act like the manager when I wanted my money back did nothing to help. I could here him talking trash before walking up. I would stay away if I were you.

I really don’t like to rate a food place this low that I go to but this Wendy’s did not make the cut. The Wendy needs to be rebuild and most of the staff need to be replace, the staff just is not caring enough and the build might had been good a few years ago but it just does not look even ok to sit inside. The food is the only reason it even got 2 stars because when Wendy’s gives you what to make, tells you how to make it, and you just barely make the cut to the standard you know there is so big problems. I would not recommend this one to anyone if you like Wendy’s or if you never try their food before, but I would recommend the headquarter do some looking to fix the problems and work you make this one look up and feel up to standard.

Wendy’s 6240 Roswell Road Atlanta, Georgia 30328 Questar # 192 Ticket # 03 – 1922 Saturday, August 15, 2015 02:20:21PM I went to Wendy’s for a hot and juicy burger, unfortunately, my half of the order was not«Hot ‘N Juicy.» My «Double Cheese burger», burger meat was served at refrigerated temperature and extra salty on a crumbly dry bun. The fries were super-hot and super salty, almost encrusted in salt. The fries were hard to shallow without a large drink. While my wife’s «Son of the Baconator» was hot and fresh, because she had custom ordered it. My order was a disappointment.

I went there today for lunch and ordered a homestyle chicken combo with large fries and regular size half and half tea. The cashier, «Porsha S», left me with an unfortunate experience. Before I even pulled up to the window, she was yelling at the driver of the car in front of me to move their car. Then, I received a small instead of regular sized drink. Finally, she neither thanked me for my business, nor did she state how much cash she received from me, nor the amount of my change. When I attempted to address these concerns, I was not able to get her attention. The food quality itself was average. Overall, I’ve had much better experiences at Wendy’s in general. I’ll avoid going to this location again in the future.

«Wendy! I’m home.» — The Shining(1980) I’m not a big fan of fast food. Usually, it seems like a great idea, quick, run through a drive-thru, grab a bite on the go and then you regret it an hour later. This location is OK. They get the orders right, are usually pretty speedy and are pretty nice. They line is occasionally long and annoying, but the crew gets thru it quickly and efficiently and I cannot complain. I’ll continue to come back to this location because it is close to home and usually on my way for my errands, but I do wish Wendy’s would go back to their old fries.

Wendy’s is perfect when I don’t feel like making food and I happen to be up this way, which is a lot. A burger without the bun works for me. But I have had so many shitty experiences here that I don’t think I’ll be back. First, before when buns were okay, I had a coupon that was in the junk mail. I even showed it to her before I ordered. So what happens? I get charged the full price. Thankfully there was a manager right there and he fixed it. But as of today we are so done. I walk in because it’s raining and my driver’s side window is a butt. I stand there for two minutes. Nobody. I hear people talking. I look over the counter but I can’t even see a person. Nothing. I am not alpha enough to be like EXCUSEME especially because there were people in the place and I didn’t want to make a scene about it. So I just left. So I thought when I got home I’d leave a comment on their website… it doesn’t work. I told them it doesn’t work so they gave me an email address so I guess I will say something now and not just passive aggressively on here. Use the drive thru, apparently.

Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants of all time. I had loved Wendy’s long before I moved to Los Angeles from Guam since we had very limited fast food options there, but Wendy’s was one of them. I love Wendy’s for their consistent high-quality and fresh ingredients in their food. I’ve been to this particular Wendy’s several times, and for the most part, the food has been good. However, the last time I went was through their drive-thru. I wasn’t too hungry, so all I ordered was 5-piece Spicy Chicken Nuggets and Value-Size fries. The drive-thru process was super quick because there were no other cars in line when I drove through. They gave me the sauces I had asked for — BBQ and Buttermilk Ranch, and they got the simple order right. Unfortunately, when I finally started eating my food, I noticed that the fries were SUPER salty. I looked at each of the«natural-cut» fries and noticed they were covered in salt. Obviously, someone accidentally over-salted the fries but refused to do anything about it. The Spicy Chicken Nuggets, however, were as good as usual. They’re not too spicy, but they have a bit of heat that adds a nice flavor beyond their regular Chicken Nuggets. Overall, this Wendy’s gets 3 stars as an average for the several occasions that I have dined there. Basically, it’s your average Wendy’s — but nothing more. I’m sure I’ll be back again if I’m in the area because it is a great place for quick and cheap food. [Review 066 of 366]

I’m a man of simple pleasures. Wendy’s fills the empty void in my heart and stomach. Conveniently located at the heart of Sandy Springs, I usually hit up the drive thru, order two $ 1 chicken sandwiches, a med fry, and be back home in under 10min! Not once have I had a problem there and their fast and courteous service will surely leave a smile on your face like the Frostys.

First off, I normally don’t like Wendy’s food, but that doesn’t affect this review. I simply don’t care for their choices on the menu most of the time. I wanted to try their new fries with sea salt, friend told me they were really good, so I decided to go and had a friend meet me there for lunch. BIGMISTAKE! I speak clear and concise when ordering, always making sure to repeat myself at the end of ordering to make sure we are clear. The person at the register repeated my order back to me exactly as stated and all was done. I went to sit down, friend waiting on his burgers(he orders them a bit finicky). He brings the entire order over with him to the table, and I got a plain little burger with an enormous slab of tomato on it, half a piece of lettuce, and enough ketchup to drown a small child. NOTWHAT I ORDERED! He took the burger back up there, told them what I ordered, showed them the receipt, and the guy wanted to argue with him, and then the manager stepped in and proceeded to argue with him. I’m sitting at the table, steaming at the ears, thinking«this really isn’t happening». Finally my friend comes back with my correct order, and then the manager comes out a few minutes later apologizing to us both. I don’t care that he apologized, it’s the simple fact that someone could fuck up an order so simple, which he repeated back to me verbatim.
