The Holiday Inn in Auburn offered us a great stay!

This hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too, with many choices including pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls.
What made this hotel special was the extra helpful and friendly care by the front desk staff. I travel for work and spend quite a few nights in hotels, so I really appreciate good service. This staff really goes far above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, They were just exceptional.

Luxurious, it is not. However, it’s probably the best option if you need to stay in Auburn and you want to stay close to the highway.
No room service.
No outdoor pool.
No central A/​C. (They have those window units… UGH)
They do, however, have clean accommodations, which in my opinion is really the top selling point for lower-​end hotels.
You could do worse. The best part is there is an enormous Super Walmart and a Steak n Shake right across the street.
