I regularly order biryani from here. The quality is decreasing now a days. I hope they work on their quality.

At Hyderabad house, trying out unlimited dosa, they don’t serve coconut chutney and the other chutneys are cold, as good as frozen, which I doubt is the case. The potato in masala dosa is chunky and the service was very bad, just one person taking order for 8 – 10 tables. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Too pricey for the area and the style of service. Also, the food is excessively spicy. I like my spicy Indian food, but this is close to inedible.

They have really tasty food which is the restaurants true value, but they compromise that with terrible service. We waited 15 mins for them to take the order and another 20 – 25 mins for food to arrive and the restaurant was just half full. I hope they improve their service in future.

I am surprised this place has a few ratings of 1 and 2 stars. I was introduced to this place on 22nd april and I made about 3 trips to this place post that. I stay I about 45 mins away from this place. All their food is so amazing(be it biryanis, curries, pastries etc) and that’s the only reason I visit this place. Their veg and non veg thali’s on sat and sun afternoons are out of the world, severed on banana leaf and is unlimited. Just feels like your are in india. They have so much of rush and about 15 – 20 mins of wait time to get seated. In comparison to the demand they have for their food I would say they are slightly understaffed which may perhaps affect their service levels at times. Thats the only reason I believe there are few lower star ratings due to service. They are one of the best indian restaurants for its food taste & quality. Keep it up. Don’t change anything except improving service !!

I did NOT like it. 1st, no Dosa orders on weekends, seriously!!! Ok, then I waited about 30 mins after placing the order for a buffet, just to let us know that it will take 10 more mins to get the dish for the ‘buffet thali ‘. They were literally bringing out one dish at a time every 5 mins! I do not see that as acceptable on a weekend. Walked out! Tamarind Indian cuisine was on the rescue and I am glad because tamarind has nicer options on the buffet

Service along with the attitude of the owner has a lot of room for improvement. The food however is not bad. Tried chili paneer which was pretty tasty but the veg biryani was too dry. Since the restaurant is new, it is always packed but if they do not work on the service, I have feeling they will start losing business soon

The food is just outstanding. If you like real South Indian food, this is the absolute best in town. The fact that on a Sunday night, at 9:00 pm, you literally need to wait to get a table speaks volumes about the food taste and quality. Due to the sheer number of people dining combined with number of «To go» orders there is a tendency to wait a bit longer. But, in my humble opinion, it us COMPLETELY worth the wait. Despite the fact the staff works very hard, they try their absolute best. If you don’t mind the wait times, you will be treated with the very best food.

A long time craving for a good Indian thali led us to take the long drive here one Sunday afternoon. Foreseeing a huge crowd we made sure to be seated at the restaurant by 12:15pm. Although tad early for Indian restaurants this particular one was packed 70% by the time we reached. Having decided before hand to get the pre-set thali, we waited for our server to take our order. And there began the waiting saga! It took her a good 15+ minutes to just take our order. The thali prices are not exactly cheap but well worth the money in terms of food variety, taste & quality. Never in the US have I had better thali food. Also it is an all you can eat kind, you just need to call the server going around the room with food containers, asking for a refill.(This type of service is pretty common in India) After what seemed like an endless wait of a good 20 – 25 minutes our food did arrive. This I believe is an extremely long time since we had asked for a set meal and not ala carte. The wait for order giving and the food afterwards had us exasperated but one bite of the delicious food(Bliss!) and it seemed like all could be forgiven. But the issues of poor service continued to haunt us throughout the meal. Every time we needed a refill an endless wait would ensue. When the server did arrive at our table they would miss(every single time) to serve refills to all parties at our table. Meanwhile we assumed a thali as good as this should have some awesome biryani. So well before finishing our meal, we ordered for a biryani takeaway. Long story short — by the time we finally finished our meal and got the biryani order it was 2:30pm. Spending 2hours &15minutes for a lunch of preset thali and takeaway is ridiculous. It saddens me so much to give 2 stars for this place because the thali was so bloody GOOD! I am hoping very strongly that they pull themselves on the pathetic service. Clearly the front of the house and kitchen are in utter chaos. PS: The biryani was average, I have had better. Go here only for the thali but be prepared to wait.

Great Indian food in Chicago land ! Especially their biryanis are awesome. I have been to the lunch here on a Sunday ! Horrible service ! No adequate planning and preparation ! If I want to spend your 3 valuable hours for Sunday lunch ! It’s the best! But if you value time never ever visit

Very Poor Service and No quality Food! Don’t ever host a party here! Beware they serve meat instead of vegetarian. We had a unforgettable incident on 03/18/2016 serving(To go Order) with chicken instead of baby corn starter. verify you order before you start your meal.

Very Poor Service and Okay quality Food! Don’t ever host a party here! I hosted a birthday party here and told to serve the food at 12PM. The Hall was not ready until 10.30 am. They were making the call ready after 10:30 am only. And they kept lot of garbage and waste items in a corner of the hall and they did not remove it. Tables were not clean. They charged me 70 $ per hour for the Hall. Comparing the Other places in Naperville, Food is comparatively good here. But they behave and treat people like they serve great food. They started to serve the food at 1:15PM after we told them so many times to serve the food. And they served Veg Items first and brought Not-veg items after a long time 20 – 30 minutes. By the time Non-veg items were served, people already done with the Veg Items and it was not enough for Veg people. I had to order extra food for Veg people and they charged me the Menu price. When I told the Caterer that I had to take back home Half tray of Veg Briyani and Half Tray of Chicken Briyani, he told me he could have exchanged Half Tray of Veg. Briyani for the Half tray of Chicken Briyani which was already served in the Buffet. I was concerned about their quality standards when he said he would take back the food which was served already. Then would they serve the food to us which was taken from other parties? They forced me to order extra food by serving the food very late and very disorganized way.

Here’s the deal, people are going ape-shit about their food because we don’t necessarily have amazing Indian food in the area. This is a good place to dine, and has relatively good food, but it’s most certainly NOTWORTHY of five stars. First of all, they have good tasting biryani, and quite a few selections, however, if you try a few of them, you’ll come to realize they’re similar tasting with a few spins to set them apart. Their Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani is the most flavorful of them all, and the Vijayvada Special Chicken biryani is only more expensive because it’s boneless chicken, not because it’s any better. We ordered the Goat Pepper Fry, which I must admit was pretty flavorful, the curry dark and earthy, with the right punch of spices, spoiled only by the fact that the meat wasn’t very tender. It was cooked through, but pretty chewy. The garlic naan was the best thing I tasted all night, and is DEFINITELY recommended. I ordered the«double ke meetha», which to me would have been khubaani ka meetha, or a custard with a sauce of apricots, but it was actually soupy shahi tukdey — but maybe that’s just the miscommunication of what a dessert actually is, versus my expectations. Lastly, the masala chai — let’s just be honest, you CANNOT do masala chai justice by making it with a few cardamom pods in a damn percolator. Lastly, the service definitely leaves something to be desired. They’re all doing their job, but it is as if they’re all forced to be there. They barely make any conversation, and there are no table touches or communication between taking the order, bringing it, and then bringing the check. Three stars does it. *shrugs*

Two stars for Chicken Dum Biryani only. Me and my husband visited this place for some good authentic food but what I felt that everyone was busy and it took a lady a while to take the order. What irritated more was that they even didn’t placed any silvers, plates and napkin even after serving the food. Even for the beverage we have to remind them again to serve it. Moving on to the food… I had Mysore Masala dosa which was not at all upto the mark to my previous experience elsewhere. I couldn’t get the taste of authentic Mysore masala dosa. So, if you are visiting this place then go for biryani only.

Disappointed with the service. A place where you literally have to request for each and every simple item like silver ware etc. Had to ask for the dish multiple times following which the item was delivered to our table. Something as simple as a glass of water or silver ware needs to requested multiple times upon which they might give when they feel like. Even after complaining mid way there was zero improvement on their part for the rest of the evening. Giving 2 stars as the food was decent, won’t say good but won’t say bad.
