Wendy’s

I had lunch today at Wendy’s Aurora, COi. I was enjoying my meal, the food was good until I went to the ladies restroom and it smelled like a sewer. It made you gag it was so strong. Another lady and I both left and said we would never come back.

I’m not really a fast food eater but when I do I do definitely eat Wendys and there is options I love the French fries their baked potatoes and their frostys or salad are pretty good too

Do not eat here.
We wanted a quick late night meal. This was a horrible choice. Burger bun was hard and very dry. Chicken nuggets which we had to wait extra for so they could make fresh were old, stale, and cold after driving 6 minutes. No way they were fresh.
The one star is for the milk that came with the kids meal because it was cold.

I have good luck at this Wendy’s. The ladies that work the drive-​thru are great and my orders have been consistently correct for years

Possibly the worst service I have EVER received from a Wendy’s staff. I went there last night to grab a treat. Yes it was a couple bucks but nonetheless it was my business I was giving this location. I drove up and was greeted and then asked what I wanted. I started giving my order but didn’t finish before I was cut off by someone greeting all over again. You could tell from the chuckle in their voice that a staff member was playing around over the speaker. I then gave my order again and was instructed to dive to the second window. As I started driving off someone over the speaker decided to say, «You’re Welcome Sir» in a sarcastic tone. I was greeted at the window by what I came to find out was the manager. He only took my card and then passed the transaction onto a female associate. She was great. Once she said have a great night and I said thank you, I was getting ready to leave when someone from inside yelled «Thank Your For Your Manners» again in a sarcastic tone. I had enough and politely asked the female associate if I could talk to a manager. To my surprise Steven came back to the window, the gentleman who first started my payment for my order. Funny how familiar his voice sounded like the one over the speaker and the one yelling from inside the kitchen. Not sure what kind of manager you have leading your team at this location Wendy’s but he is setting a horrible example of what customer service looks like to his team. This location has lost my business and I will be sure to share.

Sucked. If your going to charge someone $ 16.00 for two medium portobello mushrooms cheese burgers then you should put cheese and mushrooms on it and not skip it. It’s sad that people there don’t speak English when they are in America and then charge you these prices and can’t even deliver. Don’t go there unless you want bad food and to be over charged for things you simply won’t get. Chimps could function on a higher level then these stupid morons. Oh and don’t try calling their number they suck so bad and know it that they leave the phone off the hook so you can’t call to bitch and complain about the lack of food and service at this location. You have been warned!!!

Wendy’s menu is good, but the service at this location is what earns 3 stars. They rarely get an order 100% right at the drive through. It’s the closest fast food place closest to our house and we stop there a lot out of convenience. I’ve said more than once that they seem to be sacrificing quality for speed. Slow down a bit and make sure the order is right!

I had been here for couple of times.
This is the only place where you can have the food in calm and pleasant atmosphere.

For fast food on the fly, Wendy’s is still the best!
