I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed a last minute Christmas gift and called to see if they were still open. Though they were closed already, and enjoying their employee holiday party, they told me to still come by and they’d open up shop for me. They were true to their word and came to unlock the door when I walked up. What’s even better was I had no clue what to get and they took the time to give me excellent customer service. They could have talked me into some expensive pool cues easily, because I knew nothing and they were aware of it, but they did the exact opposite. They told me what would work best for my situation and it ended up being a cheaper option. I will definitely be a returning customer. They went above and beyond on SO MANY accounts!

I came in to browse the darts and the disc golf items to which they have a limited selection of both, but if you are looking for something else for your game room they may have it.
They have a lot of billiards table items and many options to help with those things related to them; repairs, felts, cloths, cues, lights, etc.

Almost non-​existent customer interest when we walked in and asked about their offerings as we were shopping for a pool table.
We ended up going to a showroom in Lakeway at the Galleria where the staff there was actually happy to see us and sold us a great gameroom set up with pool table, pub table and chairs. THEY were fabulous and seemed to want our business. We felt really good about giving it to them.

This is a great establishment if you are looking for pool tables and accessories. The sales guy who helped me was awesome.
I was looking to by a couple of cue sticks and he took me through a number of them and even allowed me to try the really expensive ones to get a feel for how they play.
They have a great collection of tables and they would be on the top of my list should I ever have to replace my existing table with a new one.
I can whole heartedly recommend this place :)

I pulled up to the door to look at store hours because it appeared closed. The owner was walking out and locking up, it was an hour and a half past the closing time and he was on his way in a hurry. He still took the time to ask me what I was looking for, opened the shop up, sold me a high quality dart board and darts. I was so happy with my experience here. I noticed he had disc golf discs in there too! So cool. This is a great store.

This is an awesome business! Very customer friendly and very informative about the needs for a man cave adventure of design, decoration, and the essential accessories for your man cave dreams or a family fun room. I found this place via Unilocal miraculously. I have been looking around for a great business to find my man caves needs of a pool table. They know their stuff when it comes to quality of pool tables and also dart boards. I respect them a lot for their valued customer service. Although I didn’t buy my pool table from them yet because I am going to shop around first. I do know when I make my decision to purchase they are on the top of my list. I haven’t found any other business in the Austin, TX area that has all the knowledge and accessories for a man cave dream. The quality of the pool tables were very nice that they had on display. They also sell ALL-​AMERICAN made in the USA quality pool tables. They also stated they offer military to veterans such as myself. I told them I had to asked because its always nice to know a business respects a veteran and offers cool things like that to a veteran. They also have air hockey tables, dart boards, shuffle board tables, and some nice art work too. You definitely have to check this place out to experience it for yourself.

Great and helpful staff. I was needing a single billiard ball, which most places wont sell, and they gave me a used one basically for free. They had nice tables and dart supplies that I will be returning for too. Check them out.

small business with good customer service. ordered my table for under 2 grand. it was delivered about 3 weeks later set up in my game room. no problems at all. plays great. would definitely recommend them. looks good. very happy. price includes balls cue sticks rack etc.

I decided to make the big purchase last fall – a pool table for what I tried to dub my «fam cave.» The name didn’t stick; of course it’s my «man cave» as I had feared but we sure do have a lot of fun with the pool table.
Austin Billiards was a great help advising me how to filter out the junk on craigslist and find a good deal. I hired them to do the move/​install and they were prompt, courteous and flexible on the big day.
The seams where the slabs meet popped (probably my fault) after about seven months and they just came out and fixed it under warranty no questions asked. These guys are pros and they will work very hard to earn your business. They are my go-​to guys for all things billiards now.
