They elevated the price!!! Seriously these were pricey burgers, grass fed and they tasted good. You had to buy everything a la carte. I tried it once and spent $ 20! The burger was good but the fries were awful, overcooked tough and greasy. I don’t miss the place.

I’M MOVINGONFROM P. TERRYSVEGGIEBURGERSANDNEVERLOOKINGBACK. Hands down, this is one of the best places to get a veggie burger in Austin. This place is way better, similar prices, and even organic! What’s not to love? Thank you so much for this. I will be back!

This use to be my favorite burger place in North Austin, now it seems like it’s kinda of going down the drain. My fries were extra crispy and over cooked. They got rid of the amazing oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that they had before. :(and last the dinning room was extra quite, no music. Not a very fun place to dine for lunch! :(

I’ve been there once. The burgers were well built and the beef was high quality and tasty. But my goodness the place is just too darned pretentious. Getting all elevated just isn’t the reason that I go to a burger joint.

Soggy buns(they fall apart real fast) Two unseasoned beef patties A lettuce leaf on one end of the burger All your other condiments on the other side of the burger. The entire burger seemed disconnected and felt that the ingredients were not«fused» together to give a more uniform tasting. Instead the ingredients were sitting next to each other much like in a Subway sandwich. I ordered the burger with caramelized onions and jalapenos and I was surprised by how tasteless the whole thing was. Cooking should mean fusing ingredients together. if you are just gonna grill the patty and slap the toppings on it. that’s hardly. elevating.

Good not great. Fresh and flavorful. I’ve had better but Elevation does a good job. I’d recommend this establishment to friends.

I love this place and really want to support the fact that they serve 100% organic grass fed beef! No pink slime in this fast food burger joint! A kid’s sized single patty cheeseburger was ample for me. They have a jalapeño relish with a nice amount of burn. Their fries are crispy and delicious. I also tried one of their shakes — blueberry purée mixed in with vanilla ice-cream for a blueberry shake. There are lots of other shake flavor choices on the menu. If you care about the top-notch ingredients you’re putting in your body, then check this place out!

Dined here about 2 weeks ago. *2.5 stars* Pros: Good, huge burgers! The potato bun is really good, and gives it a little something different. Cons: beef was a little on the dry side. Fries were not impressive. Asked for jalapenos, only 1 little slice on the whole burger. The girl at the cash register was incredibly rude. And not just to us. To the people in front of and behind us. Expensive! $ 28 for 2 burgers, one side of fries, and 2 drinks! Service was awful, food was okay, speed was adequate.

My experience here was not that great. The burger was good — but for $ 10 for a kids burger with drink and fries — its a bit expensive for the quality of burger. I honestly can get the same thing at P Terry’s for $ 6.50 down the road. Also — super crowded parking is terrible.

Fresh burgers, thank god, halal :) If you are looking for something light, yummy and honest :) If you have a psycho burger craving, may not be your cup of tea, but if you want something light and yummy, this is it! :) So yummy! Make sure to come at least once a year when I’m in Austin :)

This place has changed ownership and management. It is completely unclear whether this place is open or not.

Oh man. Elevation has probably the best veggie patties for a fast food place. The boyfriend got the #1 and I got the #2(vegan). We were both very impressed! They weren’t dry and they didn’t fall apart into a mushy mess — a balance that can be difficult to find! They also don’t try to imitate meat patties, which is a plus for me as I am not usually a fan of fake beef. The fries were decent and we also got a shake — coffee with strawberry and cheesecake mixed in(weird, I know). The coffee flavor didn’t come out very strong, but that honestly might have been because of our topping choice — the strawberries added quite a bit of fruity tartness to it. The shake was not super thick where you have to use a lot of effort to get it up the straw, and they give you a good amount(not just a tiny cup but more like a regular sized soda cup). Not too shabby!

I am truly saddened by the closing of the Elevation Burger at Northcross. Despite some criticism of taking too long, I thought it was well worth it. Burgers were always juicy and cooked as requested. Fries always fresh and hot! And the shakes to die for. Too much competition. I will surely go to the Great Hills location now. So sorry those great workers lost their jobs.

Every time I go here, I like it a little more. Even with the new location being in the Arboretum, it’s still not that hard to get in and out of, even during rush hour. It’s a little more expensive than other burger joints, but I never walk away feeling like I’m going to have pay penitence in diet form for a year to make up for eating there. Their fries have totally grown on me since they were over off of Anderson, their shakes are amazing, and they have a ton of options and toppings with their burgers. On top of that, their staff is usually pretty nice.

I was kind of leary about this burger joint. I tried it anyway just out of curiosity. It was a great choice! Décor inside is kind of odd but it’s great for large groups. The burgers here are real hearty. Lots of topping options. They also do the lettuce wrap for your burgers if you are doing low carb or gluten free. They also use olive for cooking. no vegetable oil. Anytime I’m looking for a healthier tasty options I drive all the way from Round rock

We found Elevation Burger thanks to Unilocal. We were glad we did! A kids burger was just the right size. I had mine as a lettuce wrap. The meat was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The mushrooms were a wonderful add on topping and well worth the extra cost. The French fries were delicious. I like the fact they are fried in olive oil. A flavored tea was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed the cinnamon orange. We will go back very soon. It was a great meal for an excellent value.

I’ve been wanting to try this olive oil claiming join for a while, finally 1. lunch time, 2. in the mood for a burger, and 3. driving close by – all 3 stars aligned! I think the burgers are really worth the value(grass fed etc). In terms of taste the patties seem overcooked to me. Fries are a bit oily. Would I go back? Probably, but it didn’t leave me with a memorable experience.

If there’s one thing that I can’t stand — it’s bad customer service. I have a receipt charging me $ 10.70 for their«$ 3.99 fries or side salad and fountain drink. I argued with the cashier for 5 grueling minutes of back and forth when I finally gave up. I just wanted her to explain how she got the total when I placed an order for $ 3.99. She kept saying the same thing when I asked her different questions, I asked to see itemized receipt and she couldn’t figure it out. I was disappointed by my experience was what ruined it for me before I even tried the food. Hard feelings aside: fries were great. Not $ 10 great though
