Awesome customer service! The store is clean and up to date not to mention organized. The sales reps remembered my family’s name and was very helpful and patient. They are not pushy which I very much appreciate and made the process hassle free. The financing was quick. I will strongly recommend this location to all my friends and family and will make all my future mattress purchases from them.

I went looking for a mattress with nothing particular in mind. Factory Mattress was the first place I went to look and had good prices with a nice selection. Mark Cargill was my sales man and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He wasn’t pushy at all, he was patient and easy going. I would definitely recommend going here if your in the market for a mattress. I got my mattress delivered the NEXT day and that was a smooth as it gets. They gave me a 3 hour time frame, then called when they were 20 minutes out. Great experience and LOVED Mark!!!
