We have been going to Gymboree since my toddler was 1 year old. She’s now 3 years old. I highly recommended it. She loved as a baby. We did songs, bubbles, played with different instruments etc. The playscape are a great way for your little one to learn to climb etc. It’s also a nice way to get out of the Texas hear and you get to meet other moms with kids the same age! We started art classes when she was 2 years old. As a mom, it’s just so nice to make the messes elsewhere other then at home. There are different art projects every class. Your child will learn so much. I also appreciated that the teacher never cared if my kid did a HUGE mess. The teacher told me, «yeah this is what the class is for!» I just started the School Skill class. My kid has never been to preschool, so this is a perfect transition for her. It’s a drop off class of two hours. I’m so happy the staff lets me stay the whole class though(if I want). My kid is so wild and so far the staff have been very patient with her. I highly recommend this to any mom who wants to get her kid use to being around other kids etc. Your kid will also have way more attention then in a preschool. So like I said, I think it’s a good way to introduce kid to school skills(sharing, art, waiting in line, being around other kids, away from mom and dad, etc etc). So far so good!
