New management sucks! I loved this place before. They started painting ugly colors, trash everywhere, pool STILL broke after months, NOTHING is being «fixed up», office management can’t even keep track of packages… half the time they say they never recieved anything when it is sitting on the floor next to them. Took a week to get someone to spray for bugs, maintenance just jimmy rigs things, took away our free internet/​cable & raised rent… for what? Now we are paying more for less. Heard others in the office extremely angery about everything so it’s not just me. I tried to defend this place but now I have to agree with other reviews. Just look. Did slum lords buy this place out?

I have been here 2 years. The services are worse now than before. New ownership and management. The outside is not kept clean. Overflowing garbage dumpsters. Parking is a problem. Have to do my laundry in a laundry-​mat outside. The machines are always in need of repair. No exercise room. Pool has now been closed down due to a failed inspection. Travel to Palmer for shopping. Pizza delivery is non-​existent. Senior discount and free cable and PC service is going away. Difficult to get repairs done in the apartment.
