The guy was in a conference call when I arrived. He was so rude and acted like I really incovienced him. He said well it looks like I have to call in again with a huge attitude. Never going there again.

I had a wonderful experience today at Mattress Firm on Burnett. Michael totally took care of me! I left with a great new mattress, frames, and one amazing pillow :) Michael pointed out things that I was unaware of when purchasing mattresses. It has seriously been years upon years since I bought a mattress, due travelling so much and usually moving into already furnished homes, so it was nice to have someone explain good vs bad.
I appreciate the time that he took with me and I am so grateful having left feeling great about the bed, the deal, and the overall interaction with Michael.
For your next mattress purchase, I definitely recommend going here and ask for Michael!
