McDonald’s

People who know me, know that I’m always In a rush/​busy, so I like to grab a quick bite during work hours. I work about 3 minutes away. But unfortunately this location is the worst I have ever been to. It’s not so much the staff, as they are friendly, but the quality is awful. Dirty tables, floors right when I walk in. Bathroom has a water leak.
Like I said staff is friendly to me, but orders are constantly messed up. 7 out of 10 times they forget the straw in drive through. I often don’t have syrup or condiments with breakfast in the bag. Frys always taste cold and a day old. Soda machine always seems to be run out.
I was compelled to write this review for this location as I ordered two Big Macs yesterday. Both were missing the Big Mac sauce and one was missing pickles. I ended up using my own ketchup.
I still come to this location if I don’t have any time. But if I can spare the extra 5 minutes I drive to the Manor location. Which I give 5 stars. As I don’t have any issues in staff, quality of the store, quality of the food, and orders.

I come here every morning its the closest one and most convenient. Every visit ends up making me so mad i want to yell and scream and act like an ass hole cuz of the incompetent people that work here. I waste $ 4.00 adding chesse to my breakfast and never get it. Almost always forgets my hashbrowns. I hate the service here!

I don’t come here much, not because it’s mcdonalds but it’s basically out of the way from wherever I need to be. I do appreciate that it’s basically on it’s own on the corner of Dessau and parmer, so on a lazy day when I just want hotcakes or a tote of soft baked cookies they never get that wrong, even when there’s two drive thrus, plus the convenience of the reserved parking for when they bring your order out if it’s not ready at the window.
After living in San Francisco you appreciate things like this. Plus they have never failed me on vanilla cones on those hot summer days.

They are always missing up my orders or leaving items out. When I called this last time, the manager hung upon me without trying to understand what was wrong with my order. The few times I have ordered on the inside I have found the drink station was filthy and had flying bugs around the ketchup dispensers which were also filthy.
This is a sign of very poor training.

Mess up orders here repeatedly.
