Definitely will return and what a relief after my experience at another local salon. They took a little more time than I’m used to but they are perfectionists at what they do. PERFECT nails both feet and hands. The care they took will ensure the polish will stay on the maximum length of time. Worth the price and time. Don’t bother with anyone else in Lakeway.

Love love love this place, my mother-​in-​law and I come here after hard days at work and have always gotten a chair within 15min (walk-​in). The girls are always so friendly and really do a great job painting. I always have been a skeptic about getting waxed at nail salons but decided to get my eyebrows done since I was already there. Let me tell you: that girl was not letting me out of that room ’till my brows were masterpieces! They have cut both of us in previous visits but accidents do happen, will return in future!

I’ve been to this place a few times over the last couple of years and after my most recent experience I will not return. I walked in for a mani/​pedi and requested that they start my mani first. They proceeded to start my pedi and assured me that another tech would start my mani at the same time. That went out the window as soon as someone else walked through the door. My tech then proceeded to whiz through my pedi and literally gave me an 8 minute manicure afterwards. It was the most chaotic «spa» experience I’ve ever had. To top that I off, I woke up the next morning with a horrible throbbing pain on my big toe. She had clearly cut my nail too short and caused me to have trouble walking the rest of that day. I’m grateful I didn’t end up with an infection and will never return to this place. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a much better experience at Milk & Honey or any other reputable spa.

I’ve been using Serin Day Spa fairly regularly over the past year. No more. I went in yesterday and they were pretty busy but said they could take me for a pedicure. I selected my polish and sat down. Another woman walked in behind me. They waved to her to come take a chair before me, and when I stood up to ask if I should be seated in a chair too, she came up and apologized and asked if I could come back later. What? No effort to correct the mistake — and there was time. The other woman obviously knew I’d come in first. No offers to make it right. Well, no more business from me.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. But, I will not return. They do not honor your appointment times. They will fill up with walk-​ins so when you arrive for your set appointment, it is not unusual to have to wait 45 minutes. And if you have an appointment for a mani/​pedi, they will start one and make you wait for the other. After three too many three-​hour mani/​pedis with appointments, I will not go back. Lastly, the maie owner used to give excellent services. The last few times, he was downright rude.

I’m pretty loyal when it comes to my nail places. I tried a new one because the one I was going to hot really busy and they became more of a «turn and burn» operation. I wasn’t able to relax… and isn’t that the major reason why we go, right?
I found Serin through their reviews online and thought I would try it. That was a few months back and after a few visits, I can honestly say the techs at Serin care and they take care of their clients. I will be a long term customer. Thank you!

Had a bad experience and will not go back. The tech cut my toe nails so short– all the way to the nail bed– and my toes were sore for a couple days. They were friendly and it is a nice place, but pedicures are not meant to be painful.

I am so happy I found this nail salon!
I moved to Lakeway about a year ago, which is I believe when Kevin and his wife Linda took over this day spa and nail salon.
I go on a fairly regular basis for manicures and pedicures, and have always received excellent service. The technicians are very meticulous, and definitely detail oriented.
It is always a pleasant experience, I highly recommend this salon.

Owners Linda and Kevin are absolutely fabulous! Kevin is one of the best acrylic nail techs in the business. All the ladies, including owner, Linda do a fine job with pedicure. You will not be disappointed.

AWESOME!!! The new management is fantastic! Linda, husband Kevin, Nancy and Holly, Linda’s sisters. It’s a family venture! The place has been upgraded with new massage chairs, décor and is just wonderful! This has been my second visit since the new management has taken over and it has been sooooo pleasant! The best pedi situation starts with Kevin! I have only had the deluxe pedi on my visits but the leg and foot massage is the absolute best! I highly recommend accepting the offer of a glass of wine, sit back and enjoy the pampering you will receive from these folks. I can’t even explain the leg and foot massage… AMAZING!!! Ask for Kevin!!! I am sure the other ladies do just as great but I have only experienced Kevin’s technique. The mani’s are fantastic too!!! So happy with this place!
