So instead of a sandwich, this dude gave me a taco. Hooked it up and only put vegetables on half my sandwich(taco)! Even better? Gave us expired pizzas! Just to top it off, he complimented my glasses and told me I had a manly voice. guys don’t go here lol

Used the online order app as we were driving to north austin. Got to the restaurant and saw five people on line to order. Inwent to the pre-order pickup station and was told it would be another ten minutes before they would make my order. They then proceded to make the orders for the five othe people and were working on the person who had arrived afte me. The app actually cost me time. Dont order ahead thinking it will save you time.

What can I say it’s Subway it’s affordable and I frequent every other day. I really do enjoy Ana making my sandwich she’s always on point and a hard worker. Thank you for making my sandwich.

All I can say is this place needs more than 2 people working at one time. Always a line, always 15+ minutes to even start getting your sandwich made.

They just installed this incredibly loud chime on the door. I now have a headache. Everyone jumps as they come in the door. I hope the get rid of it.

Would love to comment on the food, but reaching the counter continues to be an insurmountable obstacle. Have been 3 times in middle of lunch hour, and line has been almost out the door each time. Waited several minutes each time, only to move up 2 steps, all the while watching the TWO employees manning this store moving with absolutely no urgency. If time not a concern to you, and you enjoy standing in very slowly moving lines, knock yourself out. I’m sure sandwiches are just as good here as the 10 other Subway stores within a 2 mile radius.

the food is good like i said small even though it is 6″ what is really bad is they only have 1 employee running it because in my opinion the owner does not want to pay for additional help they always have a crowd at lunch and 1 person doing everything! my suggestion is hire at least 2 more employees

worst subway experience ever! ordered for pick up/so someone else picked up the order! I ordered a buffalo chicken salad ½ lettuce and ½ spinach with all the veggies(NOPEPPERS of any kind) and no dressing. I got a stupid huge sandwich slathered with mayo they got the half lettuce half spinach part on each end of the sandwich. wtf? only other veggies were a few tomatoes and a shit load of peppers of every kind for over 8.00 and once it was back at the office, I was stuck with it. Thanks allot for wrecking my lunch Subway. I will not order from this location ever ever again. we are done! Not to mention the rude service. I will go to Thundercloud subs going forward or Jimmy Johns. you suck. Also tried to call the store, they have their fax on so you can’t call in. Faxed them a request to call me before I posted this review. No response. I like subway normally, but this franchised store. no one cares. do yourself a favor and go to the other one at 11005 Burnet Rd #118 instead.

I’m really amazed at the bad experiences listed here. I just got a sandwich to go for lunch today and had my fifth good experience at this location. I prefer to eat at Thundercloud, but this store is literally eight blocks from my house, so it’s convenient as all hell. And nobody has been rude to me, or left any non-food items in my sandwiches. The store is clean and the ingredients are fresh-looking. Only once was the sammich-maker flying solo; there’s usually two people on duty. I got a free drink one time and a free cookie another time. Subway is Subway; so you should expect Subway. And that’s what I get here; an effing Subway: D

Staff was rude, rude, rude. The person serving me mumbled through the sandwich making process. I’ve been to subway so often that I was able to give the right answers to what she was mumbling. I ordered soup today and the bowl came out about 1⁄3 full. When I asked to have my bowl filled correctly I was told I would have to pay again. The manager was also rude rude rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this is not your typical subway. Hopefully someone will read the reviews and do something about the staff.

Couldn’t be slower. Two employees at lunch time and they are very slow. Go elsewhere.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. First off I felt like I missed two months of life waiting on them to make my sandwich. Never have I seen an employee at subway make a sandwich so slow in my life! After the long process of making a simple Italian BMT I was asked if I wanted to make it a meal. I wanted chocolate chip cookies and a drink. It was 6 o’clock and there was only one cookie in display. I told her I wanted chocolate chip cookies and she told me that there was no more and that they weren’t making anymore… It’s 6 o’clock and Subway doesn’t close until 9! Make some! Last but not least all of the drink options needed to be changed because the drinks were either empty or basically water… Drive the extra mile and go to a different Subway.

This is by FAR the slowest Subway I’ve set foot in. They also don’t know the menu, so it takes even longer while they bicker amongst themselves. I’d give zero stars if I could. I also need the 30 minutes of my life back.

I am visiting from CA for the week and wanted subway after eating so much junk food and BBQ(I’m in Texas so why not, right??) after wanting to eat something fresh I went to this subway. Supposedly the line here is always some what long, as it was today. This Latin lady asked what sandwich I wanted very rudely and could care less what I wanted. The lettuce was not fresh and was semi browned. Half the milk for the kids in the fridge were almost one month old. I informed the manager who seemed to care less even explaining I almost gave it to my 19 month old son. Glad I’m only visiting but if I was not, I would drive extra miles to a better one and wait in a longer line, would be well worth it!

One of the only reasons why I have gone to Subway is since I have moved to Austin I crave a good Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Subway is an easy, decent way to fill that crave. Back home, they would have the squeeze bottle of Buffalo Sauce out just like they do the Ranch, Mayo and everything else. I didn’t see it. Also, I had noticed the sauce was already on said buffalo chicken when going on the sub. I was disappointed since I wanted saucy chicken. They did put veggies on it that I didn’t ask for. I didn’t hate that veggie so yes I didn’t say anything. I would have preferred it not on there though. I will not be returning. Why is it so hard to get good Buffalo Chicken in Austin. It’s EVERYWHERE up North. For something so minor… a bottle of sauce. I would think it would be universal over the country.

In the spirit of Jared shrinking from 400+ lbs, down to now being able to fit in a Mini-Cooper, I’ll keep this one trim as well, instead of launching into another of my Shoehead Tales. I almost always get the same sandwich, since probably 1987 or so, and that’s the BMT. It’s remained pretty consistant for the past two decades, with in recent years, better bread(I now get parmesan and Italian herb), and now I can get it toasted(presumably in response to the Quizno’s ascendency). But still – that old, familiar sandwich. Pepperoni, Genoa, and Black Forest ham, provolone cheese, and drag it through the garden. Nothing exciting, nothing out-of-the-ordinary. Fast and filling. And today’s was no different. Kudos for this store for being one of the cleanest Subways I’ve seen, so three clean and shiny stars.

Let me preface this by saying I realize it is a chain so my words won’t inspire any grand revelations or anything. I will echo Kat and say this review has nothing to do with the Gracy Woods location since they are one of the better ones in the area. This is actually for the Parmer Ln/Metric/Scofield one by Twin Liquors which isn’t on Unilocal. That is without a doubt the worst run subway I’ve ever been to. That is saying something folks. Either way, I’m done with Subway. The only time they were worth going to was when all the regular subs were $ 5. Even then I noticed how bad their stuff was. Now I notice a Subway Club is a premium sub… LOL. Puleese! Too many other places I would travel further to for better food. Like Quiznos…;)
