I usually go here with no problems but today was my last time eating at this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich when I was about to take a bite I seen a string of hair in the sandwich I immediately threw it away. I was too angry and sick to go back up there. Never will go here again

This is my favorite Wendy’s location. While I have been neglected at other Wendy’s locations, they are always really nice and attentive. I will say that I never go through the drive through for anything so the experience there may be different. I was recently ignored at a different Wendy’s location so I was nervous about going to this one. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two friendly employees and my order was taken promptly. Then walked away with yummy spicy chicken sandwiches and frostys.(I love the spicy chicken but if you don’t like mayo, be sure to tell them to leave it off.)

Completely remodeled inside with wifi to compete the Starbucks campers. It’s still fast food employees but it’s a nice new dining area to work at.(4 stars) Update: What’s the one thing that would ruin Wendy’s attempt to invite the laptop crowd to hangout and spend money? Oh yeah, NOWORKINGWI-FI!(1 star)

Horrible Wendy’s location. Avoid this one at all costs. First time through the drive thru they did not give me the sauce I asked for nor a straw. It was my fault I didn’t double check the bag though. The food was decent so I came back next week to give them another shot. I went through the drive thru again. The cashier was very friendly but neglected to give me sauce. I luckily checked this time and asked for some sauce. No apology after that, just«Did you need something else?» I should have gotten the message at this point, but decided to hand her my card and tell her I was going to pay since I was a decent person. I could have gotten a free meal, but instead paid for it and still did not receive any kind words. Not even an insincere«Thanks» or «Have a good one». I definitely will not be giving this location my business any longer.

Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas would assuredly not have been as proud as his perched portrait portrayed, had he dined with me here today. His beaming smile would surely have faded as he swatted the host family of flies which greeted him in the dining area, and looked out upon the expanse of dirty tables and the mosaic of trash and food shrapnel adorning the floors. He would have had something to say about the lack of soap in the men’s restroom, and the realization that without the aid of a paper towel, no one can open the bathroom door without touching its handle. And I fully expect he would have had words with the manager, who while making a brief appearance in the dining area to gather trays, surveyed the carnage, shrugged his shoulders and returned to the sanctuary of Dave’s kitchen. They may have found the beef they were looking for in the 80’s. That grumpy old lady now just needs to yell«Where’s the sanitation?!»

What the hell! I’m sitting in the lobby and a drive thru customer came in upset about her food. The dude working here pretty much told her tuff and what I did hear was her saying he took the order. She said she would never come back and then walked out to her car. Then all the employees started laughing at her and talking bad about her Then the chick who missed it comes in and this younger employee(girl) starts recapping the events and embellishing saying the customer ran into her so she called her bitch(all untrue she was behind the counter the whole time the miffed customer was here). So if you get food here and they mess it up, 1. They don’t care at all, 2. They will make fun of you when you leave 3. They will lie about the events to each other. What a horrible environment to bring my 6 year old to. Thanks wendys employee for teaching my kindergartener a new word. We will treasure our wendys memory for all time.

My first review because it was THATBAD. I’m easy to please, but this time I’m not pleased. I asked for no onions, I get onions. Cold odd tasting chilli, & my boyfriend couldn’t even finish his double stack, and he can eat! So that just turned me off from my OK burger since I just picked off the onions. It seems they just don’t give a damn after midnight. Cold chicken sandwich from a past visit after midnight as well. Not cool, Wendy’s not cool. :(

I went Wendy’s to on 7÷3÷14 @ 5:00 p.m. Wanted to order $ 1.99 kid meals after 4 o’clock. Went there and the employee says to me,“We stop doing that long time ago.” We I left there very disappointed. Now I am watching T.V. and a commercial came advertising $ 1.99 kid meals after 4 o’clock. I’ll never go there again.

I usually don’t review fast food places. I may start however, as I don’t have any«2-stars», and Lord knows, fast food is defined by «Meh. I’ve experienced better». I do feel I owe this Wendy’s and its yummy Apple Pecan Salad, and least an A-OK 3-star review. Right around the corner from my office, this Wendy’s has essentially become my go-to lunch stop for chili, cheesy cheddar burgers, and the occasional Frosty. In recent months(I don’t think by now I need to explain why) I’ve opted more towards salad, and the Apple Pecan Salad has been my fave, by far. So, it’s a basic salad mix. Tons of iceberg, naturally. But they added craisins, granny smith apple dices, blue cheese crumbles, and THEN top it with a grilled chicken breast and provide you with a packet of delicious candied pecans, and a packet of Marzetti’s pomegranate vinaigrette dressing! It’s as yummy as it sounds. I have to bump it up from a «Fast-Food Deuce» to a bright, shiny three JUST for this salad alone. It’s actually a salad I plan to replicate at home, although I’ll substitute Spring Mix for the iceburg. But kudos on the salad, for sure Wendy’s, and see ya again this week some time.

I liked my experience matter of fact I was surprised I never thought Wendys would do a good job on Chili but their Chili is good on top of a baked potato and they now have Chili Cheese Fries which were good. and the Wild Berry Lemonade was Berry-licious!

They just overtook Burger King as the #2 fast food place because… Salads now come in 2 sizes: half size and full size. Half size is the is same price that the FULL size used to be. Fail. (Side note: I wrote a review on my blog a few years ago to check your nuggets. Almost every other time, they would give me 4 nuggets instead of 5. I told the manager who eventually comped me, but this is a reminder to always check your nuggets!)

I tried the Baja Salad. Don’t make the same mistake! It sounded delicious. Salad + Chili + Guacamole + Jalapeño Dressing should equal tastiness. Incorrect. There was a pool of chili juice at the bottom that made the whole thing a soggy mess. When I told them about it, they couldn’t care less. Not a single fuck was given that day. Not one.

I don’t normally review fast food places but I had to mention this one. Wendy’s used to make a lot of money off of me, I’m a sucker for that Spicy Chicken sandwich. But they made a HUGE mistake by changing their french fries. I don’t go there anymore because of this. They are awful and they had no real good reason to change. The old ones were pretty good. No more. fyi, Burger King made the same mistake back in the 90’s and look at well its helped them, they hardly have a market share at all now.

It’s a Wendy’s. Food is consistent. I have never had a order mix up other than not getting my sour cream with my baked potato a couple of times. The drive through is really efficient. You get your order super fast.

They are quick but NEVER get your order right. It may help if english was there first language. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
