Always a friendly smile when we go in! The employees know our orders by heart, and they keep the place clean.

The service wasn’t great. They close at 6 on Sunday which is a bad idea because that’s when people were showing up. I got there at 5302 family’s came shortly after me. The food was really good with good portions. My burger wasn’t cooked but I think that’s because I came in so close to closing time and they wanted to get out allready. EXTENDYOURHOURS everything else is good!

Had zero complaints. If you are from«Philly» then don’t eat here. Because all you’re going to do is complain just like the guy below. The founders fave was awesome. Jalapeños, onions and a mustard mix. I think this place has a cool concept. I’ve been to Philly and had steaks there and it’s all the same. The fries and queso were great. Fries were crispy and queso had a perfect combination. 4 starts due to there was more bread than steak.

Been eating Texasdelphia for 20yrs. Get some jalapeños on that cheesesteak and some queso on them fries. The hamburgers are impressive and my fave has avocado on it. Give this place a shot if want something different.

What’s the point! I say no onions no jalapeños no veggies. It’s loaded with onions and mushrooms when I get home! Ridiculous!

I loved their chipotle black bean burger and fries. The burger patty was really tasty. The lady who took our order was very friendly. We got extra chips and queso with our order.

We haven’t been to a Texadelphia in years but wanted to try it out again with the entire family especially since we heard kid’s meals were free with each adult purchase. We got there that night and no one was in there. It looked really sad and empty. The workers were nice enough but the place looked run down and tired. We ordered our food. I got a cheeseburger and I don’t know why because I know its known for their philly sandwiches but I just felt like a burger. It was ok. Very bland and very dry. The meat was hard like it was frozen before. Sam’s frozen patties tasted better. I had their tortilla chips as a side. You can get your own salsa at the bar and it looked dirty and it tasted ok. My daughter’s Chicken sandwich wasn’t good at all either, very dry. My husband got a philly and he said it was ok but small in size. The kid’s meals were cute but small. Burger was like mine. Chicken strips were dry too. Fries were good though. They liked their juice and little applesauce/yogurt treat though. All in all, it wasn’t a great dinner and we left still hungry. But again, no fault of the 2 staffers there cooking and taking orders. They were nice enough and helpful too but the food just wasn’t to par that night at all. I don’t think we will be going back here. Hoping its a night thing and that they won’t close down. Hate giving bad reviews but this is strictly for the food and maybe how run down this location is too. I overheard the table next to us where the boy was complaining about his burger and his dad laughed at him saying why would you order a burger here? lol I ordered one but we did hope since it has burgers and a grill that it would be not rock hard. Anyways, disappointing :(I remembered going to the UT location in college and loving it!

It’s okay… not amazing, but not terrible, either. However, for what they charge for a sandwich/drink($ 9+), it should be MUCH better. Pretty light on meat, and heavy on bread. Should be the other way around if you are selling a Philly cheesesteak. Delaware Subs has a much better sandwich for the money.

I tried going on the company site to write them directly, but I didn’t see anything that read«contact us» so I’m here… I’ve been to Texadelphia before and enjoyed the sandwiches, so naturally I returned. I will not be back after this. I placed my order with the cashier while the cook was texting. After the order was complete, the cook put on gloves and began to ready my order. I canceled my order because he did not wash his hands. You should wash your hands before you put gloves on to prepare food, especially after touching foreign objects. Or you should at least use sanitizer. I thought about asking him to wash his hands, but it should be second nature to wash your hands before preparing food while working in food service. Thanks, but no thanks on a cheesesteak with cell phone bacteria.

We stopped off at Texadelphia to grab some cheese steaks to go. I prefer the founders favorite. All the food was on par. Myself and the kids enjoyed what we ordered. The only negative was the attitude between the floor runner and the people in the kitchen. There seemed to be a little tension there. Also, the people in the back should watch their language when working in a service oriented environment.

Wow. Bad. Bad. Bad food. WTF was that supposed to be? A Philly steak? On behalf of my fellow Philadelphians, I take offense. That tasted like the meat from those elementary-school lunch burgers that floated in a mysterious brine, only to be tonged(ta-tong-tong-tong-tong-tong) onto a bleached flour roll. Plus, no beer(despite a beer sign in the window). Philly steak fail. Good fries though!

Good food but not exactly Phili cheese steak from Philadelphia quality.

UPDATE — I talked to the owner this morning and was satisfied that the matter has been properly addressed. STEALING — The one star is due to an employee adding an excessive tip to my bill without asking or telling me. I didn’t notice the tip amount until I tried to balance my visa bill the next month. The tip amount is not on my receipt and was added after my order. I sent in a complaint on the company web page and received no response. No surprise there. The amount of the tip isn’t a big deal but stealing it is. Watch your bill closely when you come here.

I’m a native Philadelphian. My new Austin friends thought it would be nice to take me over to Texadelphia to sample their menu. OK, I get it. You’re making a joke. Of both Texas and Philly. Hah hah. You don’t know Philly. Nice try, yo. As for Texas, I’m pretty sure you don’t know that either. Sad.

Finally got the chance to try out Texadelphia after passing the one on Anderson lane a few times. This one just happened to be closer. Perhaps high expectations and being that I’ve had a real Philly cheesesteak in Philly, I wasn’t impressed. I had the«Founders Favorite .» The Angus beef was good but the un-toasted bread threw me off a bit. Sandwich wasn’t bad. And the chips were good(crispy and thin) but salsa was horrible.(Super bland and watery, no taste). The large cheesesteak sandwich and chips(with a free cup of water) came out to about $ 10. Hardly a deal if u ask me. But overall it was ok.

The frequent eater cards are now free. Once they got rid of the paper ones they changed to a plastic one that cost $ 10. Today found out they are no longer charging. Go get yours today! Free food after a certain amount of points are earned.

A good sandwich. Seems that most of the lower ratings have less to do w the food and more to do w complaints about prices(which are high) or service or unrealistic comparisons to real Philly cheesesteaks(which, get over yourselves snobs… cheesesteaks are not high cuisine to squabble over). Ordered the Texican which features a side of queso and jalapeños. Fans of queso will enjoy as its good pretty queso and makes the sandwich.
