Five stars for delicious shaved ice without all the standard chemical flavors. The kids loved it, and the flavors were unique.
The brats were also tasty, and the young musicians made for great entertainment.

Oh my, oh my! You MUST order the strawberry banana shaved ice! The young man working here recommended it, and he did not steer us wrong. I can honestly say this was the best flavored snow cone I have ever had… ever! It is not your ordinary shaved ice syrup. It is made from the actual fresh fruit! You can honestly taste the real banana and strawberries. It was soooooooooo good! This was the only flavor we tried, so I cannot vouch for the others, BUT you have got to try this one!!!
The young gentleman was very kind, helpful and professional. I like the concept of this food truck. Wishing the owners and staff the best!
Did I mention you HAVE TO try the banana strawberry shaved ice!!!

Have to go with 5 stars as these guys are attempting to bring a little life to the «evening» scene (post-​8pm…) at the NATY. We rolled up on our bikes after most of the trailers were already closed (around 8:45pm), and even though they were brand new and not fully set up yet (and actually starting to close up for the night), they offered to prepare a couple of organic, local sausages/​brats for us (the pork with sauerkraut was awesome). Didn’t get to try a shaved ice but we’ll be back for one soon, as that is their speciality.
