I can’t complain. Went in because I was in a hurry, and needed a protein shake before I tore it up at the gym! Chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas are my fav type of smoothie. Tasted better than the ones I make at home! Haha!

I love this place. they have everything you need to feel good and get healthy. The store manager is knowlegable and gave me a veterans discount of 10%! The location is pretty hard to get to being in a strip mall north of 183 and Burnet Road. I would rather go here anytime rather then a GNC.

Why didn’t I come here sooner? I worked out a CG Arena down the street for the longest time and I found this place like a week before I moved. I wish they marketed the place better.

Awesome shop! Went in this morning before an interview and got a smoothie that had everything I needed to get my body focused and feeling great, plus it tasted great! They have a great selection of supplements and proteins! Also have a great friendly staff that was very helpful! Highly recommend checking it out and supporting this local shop!
