It was late at night, I called several towing companies. They wouldn’t answer, but thankfully this company did. I wasn’t able to wait by my vehicle but they notified me when they arrived and drop off my car. Thank you so much!

Although not the very cheapest for a 22 mile tow, the customer service was excellent. The tow truck arrived in a quick 15 – 20 minutes after the first phone call. Excellent communication throughout the event. Friendly and bilingual driver. Very quick delivery to the destination as well. In the end the overall experience, simplicity and speedy service was worth the investment.

Car battery died on 11÷25÷15 due to the brief nightly coldfronts prior to Thanksgiving week draining it. So I was in shock and panic because I had an hour to get to work. Found these guys on the net but couldn’t find any negatives or postivies reviews. But did only a 20 minute search. Bit the bullet and called thinking it was a local company and the rates would be ok for my wallet. The phone was answered immediately was told a flat rate for a jump of 55 dollars thought that wasn’t bad for being over a barrell. Was told the driver would be there no more than 30 minutes. Check my account after I got off the phone a company name Linares out of Dallas had charged the account and not the local company. Drive came in the 30 min window. Got the jump signed the reciept think it would be 55 dollars. Went on my way to autozone and work. Two days later checked my bank account saw a charge of an additional 40 dollars. So I went and reviewed the reciept which the driver wrote in his cab when the battery was charging. And in very tiny print an additional charges of services at site. The Rep on the phone didn’t mentioned it. Grant total 95 bucks. If I didn’t have to get to work I would have did a little more research.

Was polite. Declined my credit card. Gave me false time estimates. 30 minutes was 1hr. Then 1 hr became 2. It’s currently 10:30. I have been waiting since 8:50 for a 30 minutes away dude to come fix my tire. The person that came to fix my car was rude. He gave me some more trash eta «oh I’m 2 minutes away». 10 minutes later I call and he says «oh I’m now 5 minutes away». What is this service? A bunch of unprofessional service industry punks. If you hate your job, then don’t work.
