Very disappointed with this store! The cashier didn’t let me use 3 coupons per purchase($ 10 off a bra, free panty and my own angel reward!) at least online they allow up to 3 coupons per purchase and no ones questions you! I asked for a manager and even the manager didn’t let me use them! Plus everyone jumps right in front of you asking 100x if you need any help, telling me 100x their names so I. An tell the cashier that they helped me! But really stop being so pushy! It’s not hard to pick a bra and no I don’t need any help!

I’m not a Victoria’s Secret kind of girl. The pink, angelic campaigns full of beautifully rounded cleavage and full, pouted mouths seem outdated. I’d given up on Victoria’s Secret years ago but, after having so many friends swear by their new bras I decided to give it another shot. I wasn’t won over by the sensory overload of smells and sounds or by the underwhelming service. When I walked in one of the sales reps was reading her cell phone screen, thanks for the greeting and by «greeting» I mean lack there of. Then after not being approached by anyone I took upon myself to find a few samples and headed to the fitting room. Such a cute pretty in pink, shiny, girly space but sadly, the sales associate there seemed busy and overwhelmed. I had to ask a passing associate for help and when she finally arrived I no longer needed anything but… I appreciated her coming back as promised. While I was in line to check out the cashier asked me if I found everything I needed and I almost told her I found it but sadly, not because of their employees.

I am a Victoria’s Secret fanatic, and have been for years. I’m about a million dollars in debt to them, and they just keep raising the limit on my card to ensure that state continues. Ahhhh, the weekly coupons in the mail, the three magazines a month that tempt me with the newest girly pink wrapped nonsense. Their marketing team certainly knows how to make my inner spend crazy girl-child pay attention. I won’t hold it against them though. It’s my own fault. Victoria’s Secret is well known for carrying a varied and extensive selection of women’s products from lingerie to shoes and everything in between. The new store at the Aventura Mall, which is now located on the 2nd floor above the Cheesecake Factory, is one of the best I’ve seen in the Country. It even rivals the beautiful store in the Chicago Mall! The new store is huge, well lit, with easily perused displays and a great selection. The store carries significantly more merchandise than the VS in South Beach. The dressing rooms are luxuriously large and comfortably appointed. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and this leads me to the incident that raises this particular store to the lofty heights of Five Stars! I went into the store Sunday afternoon, with a major dilemma. My favorite bra, VS of course, is one that comes with removeable straps, which allows most people to wear the bra in five different ways. Im my case, it allows me to lose the straps. I went into the store hoping that they would have extra straps for sale, but I was expecting to have to buy a new bra. I was pleasantly surprised when, after explaining my situation, a very helpful employee walked me immediately to the back of the store and handed me a bucket full of «extra» straps they had just lying around. She rooted through the bucket with me until I had a brand new set. She gave me more than I asked for, and told me it was free of charge. I was ecstatic! Not only did they have what I needed, but they gave it to me free– with a smile! Selection– check! Service– check! Set Up– check! Five stars all the way!
