Sedona Peaks

These are terrible apartments. I moved in here with my family in 2011 and when you first move in the apartments seem like a place. But after a few months of living here you see the true aspect of this property. The maintenance people do not do anything unless you threaten to call corporate and then it still take a few days. Once you call corporate then things will get done for about a week. I have had the same maintenance issues since I moved into this until which is about a year and a half. Thing got somewhat done after a call to corporate but really it shouldn’t go that far. I am still waiting on a few things to get fixed. Aside from maintenance not completing orders this place has a huge problem with roaches. They are willing to send a bug guy to spray every other week but that really doesn’t do anything. They know where the infested unit is but they are not willing to do anything or mandate a building bombing. Many of the screen windows are busted or town. This property is not taken care of at all and neither are the tenets that is unless of course you complain to corporate. Cannot wait until I can move out of this roach infested apartment complex.
