MiKiDo

We had our son’s 4^th birthday party at MiKiDo. The kids had an awesome time. I cannot say enough about how incredible Coach U and Coach Joe are with young kids who want to learn martial arts! The kiddos were exhausted after! They definitely got their energy out and had a great time doing it! The kids are still talking about the party weeks later and showing off their skills they learned at the party. I highly recommend MiKiDo!

Being new to MiKiDo and this gym, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t know the names of the moves, yet Master Brent made sure to call out information that allowed me to follow along. In my first class, I was lifting a heavy bag, punching the bag, doing push ups, jumping over the bag and more. It was constant movement! I always felt that I could go at my own pace. Everyone was very supportive before, during and after the workout. I never felt lost and the workout —- WOW! Prepare to sweat! There’s no shame in working hard, especially if you want results!

MiKiDo is all I expected and then some. It is the perfect place to workout. The women’s bootcamp classes are tough but well worth it. I definitely recommend it to all the females and even guys. If you are serious about getting fit go to MiKiDo. They will make sure you get the results you want. The staff is excellent and know what they are doing. I really couldn’t recommend a better place. It’s a family business with a cozy atmosphere. Not your run-​of-​the-​mill gym. It’s a lot more personable and you can guarantee that you will make a lot of new friends. I will be a forever member. Give them a try!

I tried 6 different martial arts gyms in the area before finding Mikido and I’m so glad I did. It is by far the best martial art gym I’ve ever been a member of and I’m learning a lot, very quickly (not to mention getting in great shape)! The instructors, led by Brent Hess have great passion for what they do and are very knowledgeable of their art. The class prices are low and you will find yourself getting lots of personal attention. Easy five star rating!

MiKiDo is by far one of the best martial arts centers in Northern Virginia. Brent Hess is very talented and personable and I enjoy myself everytime I’m there. Keep it up!
