Domino’s Pizza

I usually have good experiences here, I always order online. Pizza is always yummy. But sometimes it takes forever to deliver, even though I’m about half a mile away and then it’s cold by the time I get it. Once I’ve been given the wrong pizza and had to go back to the store and once I’ve found a piece of ham and beef in my all veggie pizza so it’s best to check your orders before the delivery guy leaves. They are always good about correcting their mistakes though and giving a free item for the inconvenience so that’s a plus.

Easy online ordering. According to the pizza tracker it two 2 minutes to assemble 2 pizzas and 9 minutes to cook them. They were delivered in record time! And SURPRISE, they were almost raw. Could only eat a little of the outside, the inner part looked like mush. Ew. Nice try Dominos. We won’t be back.

I love this location.
Employees are always helpful, & never have gotten my order wrong. Wait time is usually about 15 min for in store and about 20 for delivery.
Location is clean, and upgraded.

We ordered dominoes tonight because they had an online special. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu. They have some really unique designer pizzas, and some really unique options for toppings. You an choose your crust, toppings, sauce and cheeses. We got the spinach and feta and the chicken Bacon cabinera. The feta spinach was really good but it would have been better with a little less sauce. We liked the alfredo sauce but it was too much and the middle was a little soggy. The chicken bacon cabinera was a favorite with tomatoes, bacon, chicken and cheese. It was very creative for a chain restaurant pizza. We also got a basic pizza chicken and ham. The pan crust had just the rights amount of grease to be tasty without making u feel gross. The boneless chicken with sweet bbq and bacon was an over the top, high calorie, splurge. It was just the right amount of wonderful greasy foods blended together, that worked. We didn’t get cheesy bread, but we tried the Parmesan bread bites. They were a little salty, but we’re just enough. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner, and $ 26.00,you can’t beat it I have to emphasize, use the online deals!!! It’s so much cheaper. I don’t know if I would pay full price, but with a coupon, this is a perfect family splurge meal.

Had the exact same experience as Francis, below. The pizza ordered was delivered incorrectly and was promised a free pizza to be delivered on the spot to make up for the mistake. We decided to hold the free pizza on the account and just get it next time. When we called to get the corrected pizza delivered, the «manager on site» said there was no documentation of this free pizza on our account. While on this frustrating call, which this manager constantly tried over-​talking me, he called me rude and said «he was willing to help but not so much anymore.» He was completely inept in customer service especially by calling the customer rude! I will NEVER order here again.

GO SOMEWHERE LIKE TONY’S PIZZA & GET YOUR MONEY’S WORTH. Slow, rude, sloppy. Even when you attempt to call an order in, no one picks up the phone. The last time I ordered with this location, it took almost an hour & a half after the driver «left» with the pizza. When I finally called to ask whether or not our food would be arriving (almost TWO HOURS LATER) I was told the driver had barely left 5 minutes before. I was also informed that the tracker was only a sort of suggestion and no actual indicator of when food left the store itself. I was also told that it was MY fault. How? It’s my fault that the newborn in the house is finally taking a nap & I wanted a few moments of peace?
Our driver was definitely kind and courteous, but offered no apology for the incredibly late food. I was actually in the process of cooking food for my kids because they were begging for food at that point when it finally came. The food itself was cold & half burned. Please save your money and go to a quality ingredient store like Tony’s, Cubbies, or Jerry’s Pizza where your patronage is –actually– appreciated.

I spent a lot of money at this store over the last two years. I won’t be doing so ever again. Three orders in a row were botched badly, including the ol’ «cheese smooshed to the lid of the box» gag. The delivery driver told me «We’ll take care of it next time» and ran off. Thanks, pal. I had to then face my hungry family with bad pizza. Not good. The kicker? The next time I ordered a pizza and told them what the driver promised me last time, the person on the phone treated me like a scammer and said they «had no record of that.» Joke. It used to be very convenient, bit average pizza. Without the customer service, I’d rather eat ramen.

This review is based mainly on delivery. I have ordered and picked up pizzas from here in the past and have been happy with the pizza and the accuracy of their «online pizza tracker». On this night, had some friends over to sit by the fire pit and drink some beer. Ordered 3 pizzas online, at 6:30, and watched the «pizza tracker» online. At 6:48 the «pizza tracker» said «mary» had left with our pizzas. After 40 minutes I called to check on Mary, I was truly concerned about her safety. I mean, the drive should have only taken about 5 mins to get to my house. At 7:50 mary shows up, I told her I was concenred about her safety, she said she had two prior stops. I said so my pizza is cold? she said no and handed me the pizza. Well Mary, the pizza WAS cold and I will never order delivery from here again. Sorry dominos, your «pizza tracker» failed…
