Kaur Boutique

Love this cute boutique! My sisters and I always shop here when we are in town and the store owners and staff are always very friendly and helpful. They carry great brands you can’t find anywhere else in town or nearby. Highly recommended!

I recently visited the store looking for a birthday present for my mom. The store was very professional with a good vibe. I was clueless as to what I would get for my mom, but the owner was more than helpful and she ended up loving her gift. If you want great products that nobody else carries and excellent customer service, check out Kaur.

My sister and I decided to check this place out after leaving the movies one day. Our visit wasn’t recent, it was a couple years ago but I thought about writing a review because I passed by the store today so I figured hmmm I’ll just go ahead and write my review now.
On the day we walked into the store, I believe the owner along with another employee was on duty. When we walked into the store we had gotten a fake smile and some crazy look as if we weren’t suppose to be in the store. I don’t know if it was because we’re African American or what but clearly they didn’t want our money or service lol… we didn’t get any kind of help but we didn’t like the vibe so we left. This store has awful customer service and I will never return. As a matter of fact, I will tell everybody I know to NEVER shop there.

I went into Kaur with my mom having a girls shopping day. We walked in to 5 girls standing in a circle by the reception desk too busy on their phones to acknowledge us. All we got was a «hi». I looked through the store found some dresses to try on and still had not been helped at this point. While taking it upon myself to get a dressing room, I started to try on the dresses and showing my mom, a few girls looked me up and down but didn’t say anything. Mind you I have never met any of these girls before. They were too busy on Facebook trash talking girls they knew and going through photos. I loved the dress I tried on but I was so upset and uncomfortable with how we were being treated that I left without the dress and my mom and I walked out of the store. I will never go back. As someone who owns her own business, the customer always comes first. Not only were they unproffesional, but downright rude and immature. I feel bad for whoever had those girls’ attention on Facebook that day. But as We walked next door into to Apricot Lane not only were they friendly, but even had some of the same items as Kaur marked at lower prices!

Kaur boutique is in the Marketplace Shopping Center. First of all, I am a female in my 50’s. The clothing is beautiful, fun, unique and there are always new styles to choose from. I have been shopping with Kaur for a couple of years. The employees are darling, cheerful, young ladies that are very helpful and make a point to remember who you are. I have always had a great experience shopping with Kaur Boutique. I purchased a dress that would be worn to a local wedding, and the girls told me that to be sure to let them know if it is for a special occasion, as they would not want to sell it to another guest attending the same wedding or party. I was very happy to know that they cared enough, showing respect for their customers. Kaur sells jeans, dresses, tops, jewelry, shoes, handbags, wallets, gift items, and gift cards. Thank you for such a fun and wonderful place to shop. I look foreword to my next shopping trip.

LOVE this boutique! I have been shopping at Kaur since they first opened and without fail I walk in and find something every visit! If I am looking for something comfy and casual Wild Fox is my go to and if I need something for a special occasion I know they have new dresses to choose from all the time and so many reasonably priced accessories. The girls are always so friendly and after many repeat visits they now know my style and are always so helpful with their suggestions. I am not usually a boutique shopper as I find sometimes the atmosphere can be a little stuffy around town, but this boutique and the employees have won me over time and time again. Highly recommend this little gem and all their adorable findings :)

LOVE this store! Sales girls darling! Price point good. Fun selection for yourself or for gifts!

Rude customer service! Clothing quality is poor for what you pay. I have purchased two things from kaur and both have ripped. When I went to return one that I never even had worn it was passed their policy for return days and I had to beg for my money back, only to get store credit. The girl said she could send it to their alterations lady to fix. I spend 120 on that dress no way was I sending it to be fix when it was never worn. We’re so rude and never even apologized or smiled at all. Will never be back and will spend people the other way.

HORRIBLE customer relations. I purchased a necklace just before closing as a gift for a friend’s party the next day. As I was going to wrap the necklace, I noticed the clasp was damaged. I returned the necklace at opening and the first thing the salesgirl said to me was, «was it like this when you bought it?» She never apologized for the inconvenience or for selling me a damaged product. She informed me that they don’t do refunds. I explained that this was no acceptable and I was met with a very negative attitude. Again, she didn’t apologize but said I should come back when the owners were in town. We finally agreed that she would contact the owners, take my credit card info and get them to contact me. If they do resolve this in a timely manner, I will happily update this review. This is not how a «high end» boutique should operate.

I really like to come to this place for a good splurge– not too big of a splurge though. This is the first boutique I’ve ever shopped at. The styles are trendy and they have fabulous dresses. The Singh sisters have done a great job in setting up their own shop. What first caught my eye to this place was the blue paint. The shop is just gorgeous. Plus, how can you not enjoy shopping when the mood has been set in a cool, calming blue?
