The UPS Store

I came here to get some documents notarized. There was a couple at the counter doing the same thing and one other person in line in front of me. More people started coming in. I was initially told I would be served next. Thirty minutes later, the notary told me I needed to wait while she did a couple of live scans for people who came 8n AFTER me! I turned around and left. I wish I could give this place minus five stars.

So I actually thought I was reviewing Office Max when I did my first review here. Sorry all. I was like, «Why does my Office Max review say UPS Store?» Sorry UPS Store, you deserve better than that.
This store is right near the US Marines Recruiting station in East Bakersfield. It is a little hard to see, so just remember to go into the parking lot West of Sonic and drive to the end. UPS Store is right there.
There are always ladies working in the store when I go in, and they are always really nice and accommodating. Big smiles, great attitudes, and helpful as can be. They have everything you need in the store to pack and ship your stuff at a great price. I have never seen lines here like at the post office. I get my business done quickly, and I’m on with my day.
They are a nice group of people and are running a clean and efficient store. I will continue going there.

We arranged for our client to sign some legal documents at this location with a UPS notary. The supervisor Ariel Salguero and her staff were very professional and made it very easy and convenient for our client to sign his documents. They helped make arrangements with us so we could conveniently pay the fee rather than our client. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done smoothly and correctly. We will definitely use this location again in the future. Many thanks!

I only have dropped off UPS packages there. Never had a problem. But they seem understaffed & I’ve had friendly /​unfriendly experiences. But it’s close to home & I like that.

Incompetent and unfriendly! The worst costumer service ever!!! I had to pay for a document to be notarized and sent overnight 2 times because Clerise the Notary told me that I needed to have the attachment when all notaries have a general attachment. Then she denied misinforming me and refused to refund any of the 70 dollars I spent! She was completely rude and incompetent I will never do business here again. Only go here if you want your business handled poorly!

Lost our package, couldnt give tracking number. Worst experience ever! After choosing the UPS Store over going to the USPS because we were shipping to Canada, the UPS store shipped with USPS anyway without our knowledge or permission.
Whats more? The USPS would have charged $ 35 to ship our package while the UPS Store charged us $ 51 for the same form of shipping. NEVER USE THIS (OR ANY) UPS STORE!!!
