Not bad, not superb. Just Starbucks. I love that there’s a drive-​thru but the location is off of the street so it’s kind of hard to get here. Yesterday morning, the lid of my frappuccino was not properly applied to the cup, so it created a whole mess after I pulled off. Not cool baristas, not cool. But I’ve been here several times before then and had no problem.

Very sad this Starbucks was my favorite but it has gone down hill! I can’t believe no matter how many times we bring it to the Manager Heathers attention it stays the same. Lynn you are still the nicest person Ever !!!

Rude employees. It’s kinda a dirty looking Starbucks. I asked for almond milk and had to pay more for it. Then she literally used the skim milk in front of me and tried to lie to me about it. Never going to that one again.

This location is always: Courteous, quick and accurate with great customer service. What more can you ask for when you are in a hurry to your next sales call, or need a quickie lunch before heading to a flight?

I’ve been on a tour of Starbucks lately in our region and this one along with another could be considered a favorite. The seating is a tad less spacious than some other of the locations, but as long as it isn’t a jam-​packed day a person should still be able to find a nice counter-​top seat by a power-​outlet or a comfy chair.
The employees have always been nice to me and eager to discuss what is new or popular (the Flat White is an interesting addition to the Starbuck’s repertoire). The drive-​thru is efficient at getting people in line and back out on the street at a good pace too – an important aspect for any Starbuck’s.
Overall a great place!

Warning if you are used to consistency in a chain, this particular location does not provided it.
After living in Seattle where you can go from store to store and everything is the same. You would think that they could do that here. They can’t.

The guy taking my order in the drive thru messed up my drink. I don’t know if he heard the right thing or not. When I told them that wasn’t what I ordered, I heard the guy say «what does she want now?» in a bitchy tone. Umm, rude much!

Wonderful Starbucks. Staff is out of this world and they do remember you and your family by name and drink.
Customer service is awesome and the drinks are spot on.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is they tend to have the «B» team in there on the weekends.
I go between 3 and 5 times per week.

I don’t know what it is about this particular Starbucks, but they never fail to mess something up. I keep going back because the location is convenient, but I regret it every time. Half the time when I go in the place is empty, and it still takes them 10 minutes to serve me. The rest of the time my drink is made wrong. The people are friendly but it doesn’t make up for the lack of competency. :(

This is a very small location you can easily pass. There is no sign on the side of the road, but it’s in the same parking lot as Marshall’s. The Earl grey tea is amazing and I’d recommend it for non-​coffee drinkers. Very nice atmosphere and the music isn’t too loud. Fast service and friendly staff. I’d recommend this place. Go in as that seemed faster then the drive thru.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I’ve got a lot of choices and this one isn’t the closest, but I really love this one and will go out of my way to choose this Starbucks over the others. The people are very nice and make delicious beverages (everyone makes them a little different, but this is the most consistent and delicious!). It doesn’t ever seem too crowded and the service is very quick!

My favorite Starbucks. I like seeing the same crew and like that they remember my normal breakfast order when I come in. It helps that I’m not in a rush when I stop in but the staff is generally very friendly.

I miss this Starbucks! For awhile it was the closest to my home, as well as my work, and the staff here had my regular drink DOWN, man. In fact, if I stop here whenever I’m back in town at least a few baristas remember me… which means they don’t have a lot of staff turnover which means they must treat their people right which means there’s a good vibe here which means, dammit, this is one good Starbucks!
