Sears Appliance and Hardware Store

Go to any other Sears but this one! The employees were great but the way management/​owner treats their employees and customers is absolutely horrid! I called and put something on hold for my husband to pick up later. I mentioned that the My Shop Your Way Rewards price was cheaper then their store price and was told by an employee,” no problem, we’ll honor the Shop Your Way.” When my husband went to pick it up the owner/​management said that they would NOT honor the price because they could get full price for it because the holiday season was coming up. First of all, can Sears stores make their own prices? Do they have to honor the prices advertised by Sears?! The they proceed to talk down to the employees when they tried to say that were supposed to honor the Shop Your Way price. To make a long story short, my husband had to go online while at the store, purchase it online for the Shop Your Way price and then choose pick up in store in order to get the owners/​management to except the price. You’d think that the way Sears is teetering on the edge of non-​existence they would want to keep customers. I will NEVER do business with this Sears location ever again. It’s sad the Sears’ name is attached to this store.

Went tot Sears to get a new garage door opener and a battery for my old opener. Looking like a lost puppy in the park Ben was nice enough to ask if I needed help with anything. I told him I needed a second opener and a battery for my opener. He Knew exactly which opener I needed for my house and took me over to the openers and grabed it off the shelf for me. He also knew which battery I needed for my existing opener. Was nice to get such great service. This Sears location is a step above the rest highly recomend.
