I have bought numerous items from Mr. King since the week the store opened in 2004. Spent over $ 20,000 at this establishment from having watches repaired, all kinds of gifts, and recently two wedding rings. The woman giving him the one star rating must be overstating her review significantly, or have totally unreasonable demands. Mr. King will bend over backwards to make his clients happy. The difference between Mr. King and many other shops is that he does the repairs himself because he wants them done right. He does not mail them off to a sweat shop in another country to get them over night delivered both ways. Give him another chance. That rating is not fair what-​so-​ever.
