Customer Service and professionalism is appalling. I went to the store for a ring resizing and was never treated so poorly as a customer. First the store didn’t tell me that they do not actually do the ring resizing. It’s sent out to an external party. Who knows who and where the ring went. Second they didn’t call me to that the ring resizing was going to be longer than estimated. I needed to call 3 times until I got an answer for when it was actually going to be finished. Third, when the ring arrived back the person came up to me and literally plopped it in my hand and asked me to pay. They quoted me $ 75 – 100 dollars for the repair but just charged me $ 100 dollars with no explaination. They didn’t do any quality control to check that the repair was satisfactory. Fourth the ring was unpolished when we recived it back and had scratches which were not presnt before. We ended up going back to talk to management and we were again treated terribly. They ended up polishing the ring as they should have in the first place but accused us of «touching the ring» causing the problems with the band. The ring is brand new…
I would recommend going to flint or Detroit if you want professionals.
