Walmart Supercenter

2 stars only because I’m usually able to find what I need when I go in here, but damn… Can the staff be anymore unpleasant? Don’t get me wrong I’ve met some really nice cashiers here because I’ve gone so often, but a lot of the time they’re just miserable and don’t even say anything til the price comes up. I’m not one for small talk but I would appreciate a damn «hello» lol. If you hate your job work your ass off to find a new one.

Incredibly rude store associates, they act like they are better than everyone else. Your a cashier your main focus should be customer service not standing their with a nasty face on not saying hello.

This place is the worst ! People that work here are rude and obnoxious, everybody has an attitude, workers are not even from the town, it should be called ghetto mart ! I’d rather travel 20 min away to Kearny ! How this place stays open I really don’t know. Management should clean house ! Zero stars !

Its the closet walmart near Staten Island. It is not a super center but its pretty big. I try to avoid coming here on the weekends because it gets super crowded. I havent had a problem with their customee service. I would recommend coming here during the day time.

They have 20 registers. Only 3 are open and the lines are half way through the store. You’d think they’d have one of the employees walking around doing nothing open a register but why would they do anything that actually makes any sense! Disgraceful. Horrible management.

This Walmart is too small. It doesn’t have a wide variety of items to choose from, compared to the other Walmarts I have been to. It’s hard to maneuver through the aisles without playing bumper cars. The workers aren’t too friendly, so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a pleasant shopping experience. I would recommend going to the one in Secaucus, Kearny, or North Bergen. You will feel much better.

First off this is not a super center. Very small store… All running around pretend to help u n they not! U b there for good 2 hrs for return… 6 peepo taking turns returning couple of items n customers r getting pissed off waiting on line to b help at the customer service. Just go to any other Walmart but this…

Hey… First time here and it’s Xmas Eve… it’s so crowded like I didn’t know Bayonne had this many ppl who lived here… Damnnnn… Well my friend told me a lot of ppl from Staten Island come to this Walmart… I’m wondering if everyone from the Island is here right now! Anyway from what I see… I’m good…

The assistant in the site to store pick up counter was very rude. She was treating all customers as if she was doing a favor to us by delivering our packages. Aren’t you guys getting paid or what?
The experience was very bad and i would avoid using this walmart location in future!

If I could give this place no stars I would, terrible lines all times of the day! Employees do not know where anything is and are very rude as well. Customer service is just bad too! Would never rexommend this location, highly unsatified. Would much rather pay a few extra dollars at another store to save myself the headaches!

I guess its consider a Supercenter because they have a full supermarket however this Walmart its pretty small in comparison to others. They do have a good selection of items and the prices are good. Since its not that big it does seem to get crowded but I still love shopping at Walmart :)

I’ve never had great customer service at any Walmart I’ve visited but the Bayonne location is by far the worst! I needed to pick up pictures from the photo center and nobody would help me. So I asked one of the employees that was walking towards me if she could help and her exact words were «don’t talk to me». Who the heck says that to a customer! I wasn’t even being mean. I obviously had some words with her and eventually another employee came over to help. The only positive thing I will say about this Walmart is the people who work at the bakery are extremely nice and helpful when I had a ton of questions about customizing a cake. But when I went to pick up the cake I ordered, they said it was never made because I didn’t pay (which I did). I needed that cake the next morning for my kids birthday. After getting really mad, they agreed to make it right away. Stay away from this store, especially on weekends.

One star because I have to, otherwise ZERO !!!
