Food taste and quality awesome, atmosphere was cozy to slightly cramped but not a real issue as we came for the food. Will be returning again.

Crowded for brunch, but made to wait almost an hour for food. What arrived was tepid. Spinach on eggs Benedict full of stems. Overall, very unpleasant experience.

We have been in boundary street café twice and Nicole has been our server, she is amazing! At first glance you can nearly tell its opened but everything I tried has been fantastic. Shrimp and grits its a must! & awesome desserts!

Brunch was amazing! The service was friendly and the food was sooo good. My whole family (7) went and we each ordered something different. We were all satisfied but agree that the chicken and waffles and sausage gravy were hands down the best!

After going to Burlap (another popular breakfast place nearby) and being highly disappointed that it was closed we ended up here at boundary street café. I was highly surprised at how amazing the food was here. I did not expect much but it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon & home fries as my side. Both were delicious. I also tried the sausage gravy and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I was not able to give 5 stars because of how slow our service was. Our waitress was really nice but I feel like the service could have been faster. We waited for 45 minutes after ordering our drinks/​food. Overall a great place to go for brunch!

Simple strip mall appearance belies the real quality food and friendly atmosphere. The owner is a trained chef that knows how to put things together on a plate and on a menu.
Sausage gravy (on a waffle or biscuits) is tremendous. Grits are perfectly cheesy. Coffee is even good. Always has unique specials that make return visits possible.
Wife had an omelet and thought is was great and yet couldn’t finish. Good portions and quality.

We had breakfast here on July 5th. It was very good food… not amazing but very good. I had the veggie omelette and home fries. Plenty of food. The service was also very good. It’s got the diner feel to it and isn’t pretentious at all which some breakfast places can be with the prices and attentiveness. I would definitely recommend!

First time we came here they had the best biscuits and gravy I ever had in my entire life. We went back, just for the biscuits and gravy but they changed their menu! Please bring back the old recipe that was kind of spicy!

The food is a definite 5-​stars. We had breakfast, one chicken and waffle and one ham/​cheddar omelette. Excellent waffle with pecan honey butter and a perfectly cooked chicken breast. The stone ground grits with cheddar were the best I have ever had. The omelette was fluffy with chopped ham and plenty of cheddar. Home fries with peppers and onion were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a hint of rosemary. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The only down side was it was quite warm in the restaurant. An oft overlooked comment, the bathroom was very clean with lavender scent and what appeared to be soft toilet paper (a nice feature if needed). Service was prompt and very friendly. Nicole is a lovely hostess. Thank you!

Awesome lunch! Fresh food, with pickled okra on the side. Eaten more than I care to admit and it’s always been wonderful. Very friendly service. I’ve heard only great things about their breakfast as well.

The absolute best kids menu around. My super picky eater will eat almost anything on it. The owners are really friendly and accommodating and it’s like eating in your own kitchen. Even let my kids pick out what to watch on TV. Very veg friendly and incorporate super foods into most dishes. Very good, fresh, healthy breakfast and lunch.

Beautifully done American cuisine; a locavore restaurant where food is fresh, prepared deliciously in fair-​sized portions at reasonable price. Excellent service. We’re so happy to have this lovely go-​to place in Beaufort for breakfast and lunch! Highly recommended.
