I loved eating breakfast here but they recently stopped serving it. which was very disappointing. Hopefully I’ll enjoy trying lunch or dinner just as much

Service was very attentive and the food was delicious. Minestrone soup was good, salad was average but fresh. Steak was very good and a great value for the price. Greens were from a can, that was the only disappointment. Bartender makes a great martini that srires not shaken and it’s less than 10 bucks for top shelf. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Steaks were perfectly done, although the sides were just ok. Had an appetizer that was a mozzarella/spinach dip served with crusty bread that was so good. Specialty coffee was overpriced. Service was friendly and fast. Overall not a bad place to stop.

First time and last time we will ever eat at this restaurant. My husband and I were traveling through. We were very hungry. They started us out with a small loaf of homemade bread. This was excellent. Next came the macaroni salad, tasted like what Walmart sells. Main coarse, roast beef with stuffing and whipped potatoes. Roast beef was very fatty and tuff, stuffing was stovetop, gravy was from a packet. Was very disappointed. They did give us a break in our bill, because we didn’t eat much. They were very accommodating. But very disappointed in the food.

Corn was straight up from the can, no seasoning or flavor. Sirloin was extremely grisly therefore chewy, only ate a couple bites. Shrimp also lacked flavor and smelled more fishy than usual. Baked potato was ok. Service was great.

Surprised to see some negative post… I’ve been stopping here for years when I’m driving thru traveling Always had great food and service. Liver n onions was great today and so was the French onion soup. I usually order the Filet but decided something different today. Sat at the bar for lunch and the Bartender/Server was great and friendly

On a recent weekend trip to Bedford we had dinner at Ed’s upon our arrival. It’s right off the turnpike and a nice alternative to the chain restaurants, plus they have a full service bar! As it was a Friday in Lent my husband ordered the all you can eat fish fry which came with 2 sides. He opted for fries and mac n’ cheese. I got their tossed salad which was quite large. The food for the most part get’s the job done, but it doesn’t blow one’s skirt up. The mac n’ cheese tasted like it was from box, but the fries were crispy and the salad was fresh. The service was friendly and attentive and I like that you can pay at the cash register so you’re not«held hostage» waiting for check to come back. I’d eat at Ed’s again if in the area, because it’s a solid choice, a bit of local flavor and way preferable to fast food and Hoss’s.

I don’t have very many things to say other than wow what the hell? I am leaving a picture of my «medium rare Sirloin» and calling it a day.
