Salon Giovanni

Giovanni must be ONE Incredible hair stylist to stay in business. Others that work in the salon may not be as trained. Maria who cut my daughter’s hair recently has obviously not been trained to cut hair and gave my daughter the worst (and quickest) hair cut I have ever seen. I asked her to try to even it up and was defensive. Although she did try, her skill (or lack there of) was apparent. She continually sprayed water directly in my daughter’s face and then singed her hair during the blow out. I wrote an email to the owner JOHN J LOMABRDO (Giovanni I assume) requesting a refund as he was not in the salon the day we were there. When I didn’t hear back, I stopped in the salon and left a message for him to please call me. Later that day I received this message via email: «Misses xxxx we run a very professional salon Thank you salon Giovanni » Not sure if everyone in the Salon is licensed or not but other choices in town, I wouldn’t recommend this one. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I got the absolute worst haircut of my life here! My 9 year old daughter could give me a better haircut! I have been wearing my hair in a pony tail for the past 2 months which still looks bad because I can’t pull all of my hair back thanks to the hairdressers over aggressive haircut. I look like Martha Stewart on crack!

I went to Salon Giovanni’s for the first time today. I did not have an appointment, but they happily accommodated my schedule. Giovanni knew exactly the cut and color that would compliment my face and style. Maria gave me an excellent cut and color. Very professional salon and friendly staff. What a wonderful experience.

I have never been happier with my hair as I have been at Salon Giovanni. Giovanni (John) is a genius! He clearly loves what he does and is particularly talented with matching hair styles to each client’s personality. This is a family-​owned business and you would be greeted warmly by Pina, Giovanni’s wife. The two ladies, Yesenia and Leslie are also very skilled and creative. The manicurist, Connie, has become a dear friend as I followed her from another two salons. She has given me pedicures and manicures for 12 years. She works miracles w/​my very dry hands and feet and the color she applies lasts for weeks. She is very popular among her clientele. I always recommend Salon Giovanni to anyone who asks. When I walk in the door, I know I have come to a warm, caring place where I will be pampered.

Salon Giovani exceeds all of my expectations! The owner Giovani has a gift with color and a scissors! Best haircut and color ever! A family business that really cares about their clients. Never been happier with my hair!
