Bo came out to my house to do the initial measurements, get an idea of the yard, etc. I showed him a few photos online of pools that I liked and he said he’d have my plans and pricing options ready in a week or so. Two and half months have passed and I still haven’t heard from them. Ah well… on to the next company. 1 star because they wasted my time. 7−15−13 Update: I see the owner thinks I’m some competitor and my review is bogus. You were referred to me by Brian Richardson, a friend of yours who takes care of my rental houses with pools. Clicking yet? Why don’t you go through and see which houses you were supposed to make plans /drawings for and haven’t responded to yet. I’m one of those. I’m also the guy who has been reviewing companies for 5 years in a positive and negative manner in regards to my personal experience with them.

Worst experience dealing with a contractor in my life! Where to begin? The«owner» Bo, has the worst customer service skills on planet earth. They ripped up my front yard and sprinkler system, than expected me to pay to replace it all. I had to fight them tooth and nail to replace it before they did. Once they finally did, the sprinklers didn’t operate how they should, and my my front yard is completely uneven. Next, I was dissatisfied with some of the work, and wasn’t going to make my final payment until some things were fixed. What do they do? Threaten to come remove all of my equipment until they get payment. Nice. Next the pool in my table wasn’t built high enough. When the water in the pool is at «perfect operating level», it sits right on top of the table. The table should be exposed at least on inch above the water. They told me this would b taken care of five times over the course of a year, before finally telling me I would have to pay somebody to fix it. I let them know I would be filing a complaint with BBB, so what do they do??? Call me immediately, ask me what the deal is, like I haven’t told them five times over the last year, and than argue with me to say that the table is fine. Why would you acknowledge there is a problem, but than later say there isn’t? So they call me as soon as I tell them I filed a complaint with BBB, trying to explain to me how the table is fine, and keep cutting me off. I tried several times to talk, but they kept rambling on. I hung up, because I wasn’t going to be talked over. When he calls back, first words out of his mouth, «so you’re going to hang up and be a punk?» Great customer service. Next he proceeds to send me pictures of other tables at other jobs. This was even more hilarious, because you could clearly see the difference in the pictures. The next text from them was, this is the pool in a $ 1,000,000 house in Lakeway. So I guess what he was trying to say is, if you’re rich and live in Lakeway, we do things right? Please don’t put yourself through the hell of having this company build you a pool. It is a nightmare that I am still living after 2 years of having the pool built.
