Restaurant is no longer called Fireside Grille, new name is Reilly’s Brew and Burgers Overview: Restaurant and bar serving modern pub food. The bar has a very good selection of beers including many craft beers on tap. Pros: There are not many restaurants to choose from in this area, so Reilly’s gets a high five for actually existing. This restaurant is easy to find, has ample parking, prices are very reasonable, and the beer list is REALLY good. The waitress was friendly, competent, and helpful. Regarding the food, portions are humungous, and their plating is very appealing. Cons: For starters, the restaurant side of Reilly’s has a very strong odor of «bar rot.» I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the bar or from the bathroom. In addition to the smell, the restaurant side is oddly organized; there is a half glass wall separating the restaurant from the bar side, all the televisions are located in the bar, and the bar side is high tables and the restaurant side is all low booths. Sitting in the restaurant side, my view kept being drawn towards the open kitchen and the bathrooms since the TVs were too far away to watch and there is nothing much else to look at on the restaurant side. If I was Reilly’s, and I was going for the sports bar theme, I would extend the tall tables into the restaurant and take out some of the booths. I would also put a few TV’s on the restaurant side, and lighten up the color scheme. Food… could I have some food with my grease. Reilly’s should let their fried food sit in a strainer, or under a heat lamp, for a little bit before serving because the oil saturation of the food is off-the-charts. As I said, the food is really well plated… very appealing to the eye, but it was hard to get down because of how heavy it was. Also, if I was Reilly’s, I might scale down the menu a little bit, and add some pictures to the menu. They have a lot of food on the menu, but the catchy names forced me to read every description to figure out what the dish actually was. I would like to try a salad next time to see how they prepare their lighter items. Conclusion: I’m sure I will find myself at Reilly’s again because of the beer list, and how inexpensive the dishes are. The wait staff deserves a high five… they really sell this place. Lastly, I plan to order a salad in the future or I will bring some cholesterol medication if I order anything fried.

Terrible service. Waitress said she’s the bartender but unwilling to share what was on tap or tell us about their craft beers. Rude and messed up the bills.

This place has quickly become one of my favorites! The fries were crispy and hot; the burgers and beef sandwiches were juicy; the ambience and service were both great. After we finished eating, the manager/owner came and thanked us for coming in and even asked for suggestions. It’s always nice to see a place that puts the customer first and still cares about the quality of their product overall. Even though Beecher is not ‘right next door,’ we will definitely be back, as it’s nice to support local businesses and get away from normal spots along the same beaten path.

So, I’m a vegetarian from San Francisco. I know this makes me a food snob, I apologize in advance. Anyway, I loved it. Everyone’s meal was fantastic, spot on, delicious. Homemade veggie burgers, lots of fresh ingredients and oh my god, fried cheese curds to die for. All excellent service, good times and good beer. Go here, its gotta be the best menu in Beecher.

We were coming home and decided to stop by this restaurant. We got a couple of appetizers(cheese curds and fried pickles) that were pretty good. But it’s hard to screw up fried cheese and fried pickles. I got the zombie burger which came with a jalapeño popper on it and upgraded the meat to «Kobe beef».$ 13 burger. When the waitress didn’t ask me how I wanted my burger cooked, I asked her«how is it cooked».she replied«on the grill», which is obviously not the answer I was looking for. So I told her I wanted it medium rare, which it was when it arrived. It’s just that it didn’t taste like any sort of quality meat. The burger was bland and I was highly disappointed that I spent the extra money to get supposedly quality meat. Won’t be stopping by again.

I have stopped a few times before. The food at times has been good, but inconsistent. The service has never been very good. The servers seem more interested in their boyfriends and people they text on their phone. Most recently I stopped with a party of 4 and was greeted nicely by the hostess and seated. She said our server would be with us shortly. After having the feeling of being a ghost and waiting for 30 minutes without acknowledgment from a server, we left. That will be my last visit. Not returning!

Wow… Too bad our second experience wasn’t as awesome as the first. . Hostess seats us, and mentions that she is out of menus. Huh? She said she has to track some down from a big party, which was a table of 8, but the bar area was full due to the BLACKHAWKS playoffs. We finally get a menu, but my husband couldn’t find anything appealing. They are mostly sandwiches. .no pork chops or pulled pork dinner options. We left without eating there.

Went there for dinner on a Sunday night. They were out of several key ingredients on the menu including several types of cheese, avocados, etc. The waitress was wonderful. She was very helpful and suggested alternatives to entrees that could not be completed based on the shortages. The food was good, and we would come back based on the quality of service alone.

Good food great service. Only disappointment was that they need more TV’s throughout the restaurant!

This is the kind of place I would like to be able to rave about but it would be better to skip eating here and find some place else. The restaurant actually looks pretty nice but it was a big let down. two of us were almost seated at a tiny two person table if it had been busy that would have been okay but it was almost empty inside for a early 4 pm dinner. I ask for a booth instead and we were seated. The window next to are booth was dirty and at eye sight so no way to not notice it(that would not be a big deal either but when you add it to the list of things they all add up) Ordered drinks the waitress was very nice but young and inexperienced(again not a deal breaker but just saying) She offered us several appetizer options then told us they were out of two of the four suggestions. We ordered Drinks and I got a nice martini in a dirty glass! figuring everyone deserves a break I did not say anything thinking the second one would be in a clean glass but it was not. we ordered and I had a dinner salad, sliders and lettuce wraps my date had chicken marsala. The dinner was pretty sorry! Basic salad dirty lettuce and two cherry tomatos cut in half with a sliver of onion and cucumber slice. the slider burgers looked like they had been pre cooked microwaved and were neither hot or appetizing the lettuce wraps were sub par sticky rice and chicken covered in some kind of funk sauce! the marsala was about the same and basicly not very interesting as well as covered in a thick gooey brown gravy looking sauce. The food overall was boring lacked any sign of showing actual effort to make and was not appetizing I was on a date so I did not want to complain but I wont be back. Sorry Fireside grill you came well recommended from a few friends but you did not deliver and to top it off the prices were a little on the high side!

Good menu. Beer menu, not perfect, but above average for a small town. Give this place a chance. It’s about 30 miles for us and after golf at Minnie it’s tops in Beecher.

I’ve been here a couple of times, but this is my first review. Their sliders are pretty decent for a small tower lunch place, today I tried their Chicken California and was pretty impressed. Everything was reasonably fresh and overall pretty happy with the experiences. Likely one of the best food places in the area.

Disappointed. We have eaten here once for lunch and ordered sandwiches off of the lunch menu. They were fine. The waitress never came back to refill our drinks until we were waving her down for our bill. We came in on Mothers Day and ordered a salad to go so we could deliver it to my Mother at work. After paying, the lady said it «might be awhile» because they were busy. Okay… So we sat there for over FORTYMINUTES waiting for a salad for carry out. They probably could have mentioned that before we paid please.

4÷6÷13 Great dinner of ½ order barbecued ribs – generous portion; loaded backed potato, cole slaw, house salad. Others in our party ordered the pork chop and a chicken dish. All of us were well satisfied with the food and service. We also ordered a mixed drink, a beer, and a wine. On another occasion I had ordered one of the mini-burger sliders – they were great as well. We will return!

Nice place, Decent size, Pretty big menu and ok beer on tap. Bells, sam adams, and the usual swill for the masses. I had the Beef Brisket with fires. Honestly i expected better. Tasted like they used A1 in the sauce. Was juicy and tender. Obviously oven roasted. Personally tasted more like a roast than anything. Was not bad. If they would have smoked it it would have been 100 times better. I will be going again to see if they improve.
