The food is good and there’s a decent selection of drinks, but the service is really slow. I was passing through town and stopped for dinner on a Saturday night. There seemed to be enough servers but she hardly checked on us and the food took forever.

I have given this place so many second chances because I want it to be good. And let’s be honest, it’s a goldmine here in Beech. Last time I was told 25 minutes for a pickup pizza and a sandwich, got there in 30, and was told my sandwich was ready but the pizza wasn’t. I waited 15 minutes, and got a pizza and a sandwich on soggy bread that sat under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Spoke to owner, who really couldn’t have cared less, and explained to me that this was all due to «a party of 10 that walked in and they didn’t expect»… So, you forgot to cook someone’s food? Give me a break. This time, on a Saturday night, at 845, not that busy, the waitress acted as if she was slammed. She took drink orders(pop & water) came back 10 minutes later with them. That’s fine… No big. Took food order. Dropped off food, dropped off check. My salad was horrible — and I love their ranch, so I’ll come back for that anyway — but how hard is a dinner salad? Guyssss! But my poor man needed more napkins for a messy burger, none on the table and she was no where to be found for the whole meal! I was going to stay and drink and I was so mad, I left. Mind you, I have waitresses/bartended for a long time now, so maybe I am too hard, but man… Every single time in the past few months, it’s been nothing but disappointing. I am really hoping they get their act together. Maybe staff more wait staff if they are in fact slammed on a Saturday? C’mon, Reilly’s… I really want to be your biggest fan, but I can’t keep throwing money at something that forgets to cook my pizza.

Terrible service. We were told we would have to wait 10 minutes for a menu, and then they only brought us one to share. Food took way longer than burgers and a grilled cheese should take. Server/hostess never came back to check on us after they brought the food and never brought us drink refills. She came back while we were half way through the meal, and asked if we were ready for our check(never asked about the meal or if we wanted anything else). I reluctantly said yes, because I was worried how long it would take to get the bill when I would have been ready. I gave 2 stars because the food was very hot(however just OK tasting), and we enjoyed the country music videos playing on the tv. I wouldn’t go back based on the service though! I have worked in restaurants, and standard service is expected to be more than place offers!!!

If it’s a quick bite your looking for this is not the place for you, the food coming out of the kitchen took forever. We were told they were out of a lot of items due to a busy weekend, being that it was the Monday after Halloween, I will give them that. I ordered what was marked on the menu as a Reilly’s signature dish — chicken tender dinner — and my tenders were burnt. My husband ordered the same thing and his were well done but not burnt. My Mom ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and she said it was good and she loves the chili. The salad that came with the meal was very big and the cream of chicken and rice soup was very thick and good. Overall it looks like it could be a good place to go for a burger and beer on the the weekend but I would not go back for a family dinner. The 3 of us ate for $ 54.00.
