Holy crap, Scott is the best. I’ve had Bluetooth connection problems with my sound link mini for the last year. I’ve reset it too many times to count, refreshed the devices, everything and it still had connectivity issues. I brought it in today to and Scott took a look at it. Scott did something a lot of tech stores don’t…he worked with me through the issue, not once belittling my position as a consumer for not knowing. In the end, after learning how the manufacture date is hidden in the serial number(kinda cool fact actually, thanks Scott!), he went above and beyond what I had even expected and sorted my problem out! Haven’t had a connection issue since. Scott 5-stars, Bose Store in Bellevue…5-stars

Bose is the best! In addition to having some of the most well-designed products, the staff here is always friendly and accommodating. The included 1 year warranty is great, and the 3 year warranty is actually worthwhile for their mobile products! FORTHELOVEOFGOD at least consider Bose before you jump on the Beats bandwagon.

I cannot say enough about the customer service offered at this store. I’ve shopped here frequently over the past few years and the sales reps are always incredibly friendly and informative. Bose makes amazing quality products that they stand behind. When you make a purchase they register the warranty for you at the time of purchase. No more digging for receipts if you have to have a product serviced!

Bose makes solid products that perform well, at least better than many other similar products. When I test drive earphones. I listen for crisp highs and sold bass to accompany the whole sound spectrum. To my ear, Boise delivers. Today I was in the store and Scott helped me. He provided excellent information without hovering. He offered suggestions and then stepped back to let me test the sound from music on my phone. Very fine customer service.

Went into the store the other day after talking to Bose support about an out of warranty dysfunctional Companion 5 system. Was planning on shipping it back to Bose for service. Scott McDonald was assisting me and thought he might be able to take care of me a little better. After a chat with the manager he brought out a brand new system and exchanged it for me at no charge. I was so pleased about the money and time saved that I had to buy another product as well(with no pressure and very knowledgeable assistance from Scott). Well worth the effort to go to the Bellevue Bose store!

I walked in the Bose store to ask about replacing the cushion part of my Bose headphones. I’ve had these wonderful, high-quality headphones for years and the cushions were starting to breakdown. I didn’t have high hopes they would be helpful based on today’s typical customer service. .. I was wrong! Scott McDonald was quick to say hello when I walked in the door and address my questions. When I asked about the headphone cushions, he said«Yes we can replace! Let me do that for you now.» He took them from me, quickly replaced the cushions, and handed them right back. I handed my credit card to him and he said, «Nope! No charge!» What?! What company gives quick, friendly service and actually takes care of your needs — with no charge?! Not many, but Bose Store in Bellevue knows how to do it right.

Bose products are definitely high-quality and you get what you expect at this shop including high-quality service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they won’t hover if you don’t need them(they do however, stay visible for when you’re ready for your purchase or if you have another question). You can test out some of the items and they do have a good amount on display in the store. It looks tiny from the outside, but there are three additional rooms of items or just for showing short videos — definitely a lot of opportunity to test stuff out before you buy. As another reviewer already stated, the store is on the first floor near one of the Nordstrom entrances — in the same general area as The North Face.

This store is located inside the Bellevue Square Mall on the first floor near one of the entrances to Nordstrom. I was looking for a fairly simple accessory item during my only visit here and was very happy with the level of service I received. The person that helped me answered my questions and helped me decide on what I needed even though he knew it might only be an eight dollar purchase. Considering I was in Bellevue at a store that sells items for hundreds and thousands of dollars where a small purchase might be scoffed at or ignored, I was very happy with how I was treated. The store was very clean and organized and represented the image of the Bose brand very well. I would like to say I will shop here often, but that could get pretty expensive. If you are in the market for items that Bose offers, I would definitely recommend shopping here.
