Domino’s Pizza

So, I never give 1 star. What do you go when you order online and you never get your pizza. They say they tried calling me. I called the manager Joe, he said his delivery guy called. Why don’t you deliver back. He called me back said hey, the delivery guys car is making some weird noises, can’t deliver. I am hungry and it’s midnight. Where is the service boy?

They credited my order because there was something wrong with my previous order. They even threw in a free breadsticks as well. They listened to my complaints and made it right. Thank you Sean, as well as everyone there who helped make a disgruntled customer very happy!

The delivery person miss an item in my order. Instead of apologize for his mistake, he blame me for using the website instead of calling them to make the order. Also, after he left for more than an hour, instead of redeliver the missing item, I need to call the store to figure out he actually do not plan to deliver the missing item.
After talking to someone over the phone, finally someone do come deliver the missing item (after I place my original order almost 3 hours ago). The person who come do apologize for the mistake and this is the only reason I am not giving my review one star only.

The place is super disgusting I ordered a pizza and I saw the employee is picking his nose not for second that was almost 20 second that he’s picking his nose that was disgusting I’ll never order anything from there I prefer you guys if you want to order anything first getting there and check the kitchen and employees

Always friendly and normally prompt. No complaints. Don’t know about the restaurant itself. Just delivery.

Great Pizza, but disgusting kitchen. Yesterday I went to pick up my pizza from the dominoes at this location. There were about 2 – 4 people handling food (preparing pizzas, packing them etc). No one was wearing any gloves. This is what I witnessed.
One of them (perhaps more) was eating chicken wings in the preparation areas. He enjoyed his chicken wing, tossed it in the garbage, didn’t wash hands, pulled out a hot pizza and set it on counter, licked all his fingers clean, didn’t wash his hands, packaged up said pizza in a box.
On my way out I spoke with the manager. I got a prompt apology from him and I appreciated that. I hope they take action (not just words and an apologetic expression).

Good Domino’s Pizza location. The pizza was cooked well and just how we ordered it during our stay in Bellevue. They forgot my side of ranch (I ordered online before picking it up and forgot to check), but the pizza was tasty so I’ll forgive them!

5 stars for being able to feed 20 people for under 40 bucks and the pizza is very decent!

I try to go to other pizza places, but always end up back at Dominos. If it’s right, it’s right. Love the garlic crust. Other pizzas just don’t compare without that garlic crust. This location really knows their stuff.

I ordered a pasta bowl, a pasta bread bowl, and two lava cakes. They got everything right except the bread bowl… it ended up being just a regular pasta bowl. Not a big deal since there was only a $ 1.99 difference between the bowl but figured I’d call and see if I could maybe just get the $ 1.99 refund.
The gentleman I chatted with on the phone was extremely apologetic and very friendly and said they’d send another one right away… which I wasn’t expecting.
The driver was also quite friendly (both times) and apologetic… and fast (also both times).
The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding which isn’t something one can often say about a business.
I will definitely order from them again and will recommend them!

Ordered a large pizza and breaksticks online last Friday. The driver took 80 minutes to get to my apartment, after calling my cell phone multiple times to find my place. I spoke with the manager on duty who was less than apologetic and seemed to only have excuses for me.
The call ended with the Manager telling me he would inform the driver not to charge me. When I paid for my pizza, the driver told me I would be refunded even though the receipt read the full amount. Long story short, I was in fact charged the full amount without any sign of refunds.

Called this location to complain about the charges. I was told, after being put on hold, to talk to the manager later because it was ‘kinda busy right now.’ It was 4:30 on a Wednesday.

After filing a complaint via the Domino’s site, I received a call from the manager and my bank account was properly credited the full amount of the purchase.

Friendly, quick customer service and great delivery. Since we live so close we usually do carry-​out and take advantage of their Mon-​Thurs $ 7.99 Large Pizza w/​3 toppings Deal. They are a little light on the cheese so I always make one of those toppings «extra cheese» and the pizza is awesome — especially for the price. Makes my whole family happy. The big kids love the garlic/​butter crust and my husband and I like the NY style crust with marinara sauce.

Great great customer service for both pick up and delivery orders. Love the pizza, it’s our go to place for pizza when we are in a rush or want to pick up a quick meal on the way home.
Kids love their regular standard pizza and we love their Brooklyn style and thin crust.

We love this particular Domino’s! We order from here so frequently that my husband is on a first-​name-​basis with the drivers. The pizza is consistently good (We really like the thin crust and the brooklyn style), the sandwiches are decent (hubs like the philly cheese steak), wings are good, and the pasta is pretty good, too (chicken alfredo)!
Service is usually pretty fast (seriously, most of the time… they rarely make errors) and the drivers are nice to us. Customer service is always good.

I am sort of a pizza snob and I really like their pizza. Way better than Pizza Hut! (which is their competition across the street). All those commercials are right, they really have enhanced their quality.
We don’t typically order pizza but we were in the process of moving and needed a quick dinner, so we ordered online and they delivered within a half hour, no need to call. We did the two medium topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each, one pepperoni and black olives, and one white sauce mushroom and black olives. Both were very good, I love that they season their crust with garlic so that it is nice and flavorful.

The people there are great on saturdays/​fridays. the younger employees are always a pleasure, and the pizza really has improved.

Yum! The pizza that I ordered online with such ease came in 30 minutes (just like they said). We got two pizzas that were medium sized with two toppings for $ 5.99 each! You can’t beat that.
The pizzas were warm and delicious when they arrived. I swear it tasted better than they normally do?

Circle pizza cut in squares = violation of nature.
But overall, I like this Domino’s. I people like to hate on Domino’s, but come on, it’s cheap and it hits the spot.
