I lived here for two years (1998 – 2000) and absolutely loved the location. While it’s a no-frills complex (no cabana, workout area, pool, etc), you can’t beat the location. At the time it was one of the most affordable complexes in Bellevue. The place was clean and well maintained and had an onsite apartment manager that was nice. It was a great find and I stayed there until I purchased a house.
One star docked for the lack of amenities and that my unit was close to the road. Otherwise it was great!
